I actually met my wife on Plenty of Fish (POF). Dated for 6 months and got married one year to the day of our first date.

Keep in mind with online dating, that it is very streaky.....at least for me. I will go an entire month without any dates or really any activity on there and then it all hits me at once.Comment

Guys have been jumping in and out to help. I think most have had similar thinking. I would listen to those who have had success.
But don't listen to TMagic. He's had a lot of success meeting women but he also has the body of a god and it's just not fair!
But seriously, drop a comment and guys will help.
To answer your previous question - I'm 32 and I'm now seriously dating someone 28. I prefer younger women but not too young.
I don't think you should let age affect your decisions. Obviously know you're likely getting different goals when dating a woman that's 25 versus one that's 35.
