Cannot agree with this more. Chobani is the only way to go.

It was good. But more savory than sweet. It would be a nice opening course. But I think I'm gonna try to make it sweeter the next time like a true dessert.

Gonna incorporate some sugar and a little OJ.

I actually like the taste of bran cereal. Just a bowl of plain bran rabbit food lookin pellets with nonfat milk works for me

I like cottage cheese plain too. My favorite is Breakstone large curd.

I wish Daisy sour cream came in a squeeze bottle, I'm so lazy I just buy Yoder for the bottle lol

I tried eating some greek yogurt last night with some strawberries mixed in - I couldn't bring myself to eat more than 3 or 4 bites. I just didn't like the taste of the greek yogurt.
Try putting a packet of stevia or truvia in the greek yogurt. It sweetens up a bit and taste better without using table sugar.

I'm a cottage cheese fan, but cottage cheese and bran cereal sounds awful. I know some people like cottage cheese with fruit, but I've always eaten it as a more savory thing. Little salt and pepper, some Lowery's seasoned salt, or my new thing, BBQ rub. I used to think brand didn't matter but recently bought Daisy, who makes kickass sour cream so I figured their cottage cheese would be good, and it was ****ing awful.
Last time I went to the grocery store I picked up two Chobani cups: one is low-fat 2% and the other is non-fat 0%. They're both plain flavored.

Right now I'm eating the 2% with diced peaches and almonds. While the yogurt flavor is strong and, for lack of a better word, rich, it really has no after taste. Its not something I will wolf down in 2 seconds (at least not until I get used to the taste I suppose), but I don't want to vomit either.

The idea came from the Insanity nutrition guide, but looking at it I forgot one key ingredient: honey.

I ate at the Rose & Crown there. The sticky toffee pudding was one of the best desserts I ever had.

              The entire meal was delicious.

Last night I made a Caribbean Layered Chicken Salad using the linked recipe as a guideline.

Instead of cubed chicken, I took the remaining Caribbean seasoning and used it on a couple of chicken breasts and grilled them. I also couldn't find any mangos so I used mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks.

                    Its delicious.

Fall is right around the corner and that means pumpkin. I "borrowed" my mom's loaf pans so I can do pumpkin bread again. I think I'm going to do a pumpkin mousse this year as well.

Put two chicken breasts in my crock pot today with a jar of salsa on Low for 6 hours, put it over rice and it was awesome.

On vacation had two amazing entrees at a couple places.

At the Captain's Table (Buxton, NC) I had their broiled cajun shrimp with coleslaw. **** was tight. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but damn I couldn't stop.

The other was the last night of vacation at Down Under Restaurant & Sunset Lounge (Waves, NC). Maybe they're more strigent during the peak of the Summer because I don't get the bad reviews (especially on prices down there - all the restaurants are pretty much the same price wise as far as I noticed). The cute eastern euro/Russian waitress recommended their Down Under Shrimp. It is shrimp stuffed with jalapenos, sour cream, and wrapped in bacon. Easily one of my favorite entrees I've eaten down there.

Anything pumpkin is greatness. Do a pumpkin cheesecake. You won't regret it.
