It is normal, they are just curious. My son is 7 and he showed his penis to 2 girls already. Yeah I know that is bad, but the girls ask to see and they showed him theirs first. So it happens. I would make a real big deal about this. I would tell him that he should never do that in pubic and that he might want to stop playing with it too much. Basically don't trip. If he is doing this in public, at the Dinner table or at school
