Right now the cost of weights are not a option since i will be spending 120 on p90x. So would bands work to start off?How do you know what weight you are using with the bands? Like Weights have different pounds of them. I have one of them Iron Gym pull up bars you put on the door . You can put it on the floor and use it for push ups. So would that work instead of buying a PUSH UP bar too?
Also i see people eating 3000 calories is that normal for this work out? I'm 5'6 168 pounds. I have beer belly!! So how many calories would i need to eat. I want to get Cut more then like a body builder.

. Food i can eat anything so the diet won't be that bad for me.
