I just use dumbells and swap the weights when i need and it works well for 90% of the moves. My dumbells are the olympic size ones so they are bit too wide to do some of the exersizes as well as i would like but they get the job done.
I'm kinda getting a bit let down by how little the scale weight is dropping.
I'm eating better than i have ever done before, working out 6 days per week and i haven't lost a single bit of weight in the last two weeks. My clothes do fit better and my wife tells me i'm looking more lean but i was hoping to drop 15-20kg's on this program and i'm only down 5ish after nearly 7 weeks with most of that happening in the first 3. I'm hoping it's just adding muscle but it does get a bit annoying.
