I think I am starting this on November 8th. Problem I have is I work in a warehouse and my job is to move around objects that weight between 50-400lbs. I unload trucks too and quickness is important. O worry I am going to be too sore to do my job well and I may not be getting enough rest/recovery.
But I hope to start on Sunday. The books and DVD's are cool though I gotta admit. First time doing something like this. I usually just did my own workout so it will be nice to be on a program.
