thats not bad, you can even throw in a protein bar or plain yogurt or something like that.
I also reccomend going with regular egg beaters. This is unless you really like egg whites. I went with egg whites which i dont prefer for the first 3 weeks of the diet then i was in the supermarket and checked out regular egg beaters and found that their ingredients matched the egg whites i was eating so i switch and it was great.
