At 6'8 my "ideal" weight for BMI is 178 lbs I believe. That'd be starvation...

I'm 6'2" 170 and even if I put on 8 more pounds I'd look like I was starving.

Don't go by the BMI crap! They only have those weights, because in reality you are 5'11'' and weighing 190 is not too good for your health or your bones. But if you are in shape it looks better!

PJV, I am sure you can find that stuff online for free. Also the key is eating right and eating what Tony said too.

Even though 5'11'' 190 is the perfect size.

Man week one almost in the books..I went ahead and too the P90x plunge even though I m a hardcore lifter..Did a modified workout in that I lift heavy in the morning to keep some strength and mass..and do the P90x in the afternoon since to me its more of a cardio circuit routine anyway...Boy that plyo wore me out legs are sore as you know what..One of the hardest workouts Ive ever done and I am in pretty good shape...Did Yoga and that really exposed my flaws in core strength,flexibility, and balance and it made me realize just how tight I was from years of heavy lifting...was sweating like a madman..I am looking foward to finishing this 90 day program as it has opened my mind to being strong core wise and also being flexible..I can see this program helping me out athletically ..I needed a change workout wise and this provides it..Kept my diet to 6 small meals a day with a high protein low carbs ration and I am seeing some results already...good stuff

I hear several of my co-workers using a P90x program that just uses your body weight, no equipment needed. Is there such thing?

Hmm. I think you would need bands and a chair as a minimum to do the standard program but maybe there's a modified version?

That is wrong. Could be talking about Insanity, but I think that is just pure for weightloss because it's heavy cardio.

P90X at minimum you need resistance bands. But ideally you want dumbbells and a pull up bar.

I looked up "Insanity" and it actually looks pretty awesome for Cardio. Do you know anyone who has it and the results they were able to attain.

I wouldn't say Insanity is solely for fat loss, it will get you in better shape than P90X will in terms of athletic performance.

In other words, if your a weekend warrior who wants to be in the best possible shape for flag football in September, I would recommend doing Insanity over P90X.

Insanity is like P90X with the intensity turned up several notches (HIIT), with just body weight of course.

Beachbody is just the company that sells all of these.

It's simply called Insanity.

And the 2nd month of it is harder than anything I can remember in P90X.
