    My co-worker and his girlfriend just started it 2 weeks ago and they claim it's too easy. They certainly aren't in great shape at all. There is no way they are telling the truth and are probably just half-assing it through the workout anyway.

      Yeah I call BS as well. I've never heard anyone say it's too easy unless they are in amazing shape and even then there's nothing easy about various pushups and pullups to failure.

          Maybe they are just bragging... Who knows.

          Everyone I talk to says how tough it is. I'll be honest, I grew up playing sports and have been through a lot of hard practices, but P90x has been the toughest thing I've done physically... I know it's only been two days but it has kicked my butt and I'm loving it.

          I have that "good" type of sore going on... Soreness that doesn't put me out of commission, but enough to know that I've pushed my body pretty hard. It's a great feeling.

          I got day 3 coming up here in about 30 minutes... Whoever is doing the program right now, feel free to PM me for support or whatever else. Keep up the good work.

            Alright guys, I hope you don't mind me posting about this so much, but I've decided that OS will be my "check-in" and I'm going to update this thread each time I finish a work out.

            I just finished with the arms and shoulders work out, and to be honest, it was the easiest one so far. "Easy" is really the wrong word here, but at times I felt like I wasn't pushing myself hard enough, even though I probably was. I think for this day, I need to ditch the resistance bands and get some dumb bells.

            Day three done, with my eye on Yoga tomorrow... Not really looking forward to that one.

                  Yeah, I'd definitely go with dumbbells for the arm workouts. I tried bands first and it wasn't too difficult, but the bells kicked my *** in Week 2.

                  Good luck on Yoga, that's my workout tonight as well. It kills me every time but has helped me tremendously with balance and flexibility.

                  I'm currently in the first recovery phase. I feel way better and have a lot more energy since I've started the program. I've lost 5 lbs. so far but I think I have lost more fat than that. I need to cut some of the carbs out of my diet as I think I'm eating too many and it's causing me to stay at 220. I'm drinking a ton of water everyday and I assume that the fact that I'm not losing that much is probably attributed to water weight. If I cut some carbs, I should see improvement.

                    So does anyone else think it's funny on the Plyo workout at one point Tony is talking about stretching and he says "okay, we have two legs so let's do the other one" and the guy behind him has a fake leg? I don't know why, but I always chuckle at that point.

                        Yoga SUCKED. I feel like I completely dogged it, but I think the truth is that I just couldn't do most of the exercises. It was hard to get my head up enough to see what they were doing in the video.

                        I'll admit that I got frustrated and turned the video off with about 15 minutes left. My lower back was killing me and I was just done. Instead of getting down on myself though, I'll do Yoga again during the next round and will hope that I improve. On my "day of rest" I plan to put that video back in and at least try some of the exercises that gave me trouble.

                        Being extremely sore does not help matters, but I won't give up on Yoga. The whole thing seems silly to me and I've read articles where you can replace Yoga with other videos, but I don't want to. It drives me that it gave me so much trouble.

                        Some of the exercises, though... My overall balance sucks.

                          I feel the same way about legs and back. I can't get myself 100% motivated through that video, because I don't care enough about leg strength, combined with the fact that squats and lunges and far and away my least favorite and most uncomfortable exercises. I'm trying to get better about it, but i still dog it through that one.

                            Fellow x-er, here, on my first go around. Today's gonna be my Yoga day(week 2), and I'm not terribly looking forward to it, I'm just not super bendy I guess! I'd say that Arms+Shoulders is my favorite workout so far, it seems to be the only one I can do and not feel like a fatty fat fat after lol

                              I did yoga twice then never did it again. Saturday was my yoga day and I usually replace it with golf. I don't see how people do that as a relaxation. It was just as exhausting as anything else. On my "rest" day I ALWAYS did x-stretch. I got home from school and work that day and would do it late at night. So much more relaxing. You you got into the ground stretches I struggled not to just fall asleep.

                              It will make plyo a lot easier. Plyo has a lot to do with leg strength and not just being in cardio shape.

                              I'm finally getting back into the groove. I am not following the plan exactly though. I had never done any of the Plus stuff, so I am mixing a lot of those in. I did Interval Plus yesterday, it was pretty tough. In between cardio x and plyo in terms of difficulty. It's also only 40 minutes long so if you are short on time one day try this.

                                Don't give up on Yoga. My balance and flexibility have been tremendously improved since I started.

                                I played basketball for the first time in about 2 months the other night for our first city league game and played better than I have in 3-4 years. I felt so refreshed and my muscles were so loose. I think a lot of that can be attributed to yoga and the leg exercises.
