Respect or double standard? Surely the way we dress is not indicative of our behavior/character is it? Why stop there, why not just make assumptions about people based on their skin color?
Now...as for women dressing scantilly clad...if it's not for you than don't approach those women. Look at the candy, but don't try to taste because it may get sour in time i.e. DC trying to change someone under the ruse of "relationship sacrifice".
If you do "taste" i.e. date this person than you should be ok w/ her dressing "sexy" since it was on those same grounds in which you met. If you however end up having issues w/ it, and expect change and the woman doesn't want to change than take it on the chin and move on.
Hey...can a woman tell you how to dress?
If she says tuck your shirt in, buy some dress shoes and stop wearing Jordans all the damn time, I hate your chain get rid of it, take the doorag off when we're out in public, get some jeans that fit please and use a damn belt, GROW UP!
I think it was DC who posted a thread on dress code at work. Can't quite remember the details, but if he was having an issue w/ "conforming" to the requirements of appearance for his job than I doubt he do so w/ the tables turned in a relationship. But why have to right...I mean the man is the leader and dictator of the relationship and we can do whatever we want. SMH.
