Well I started Insanity this week. The fit test wasnt that bad. However, yesterday my first full workout (Plyo Cardio Circuit) absolutely killed me. I was fine throughout the warmup and strethch. However, I really had a hard time keeping up with the later portions of the workout. I was really mad about this too. Before I did this, I did 2 rounds of P90X and never had a problem keeping up. I hope I'm able to keep up today.
Did anybody else experience this when they 1st started????
