I'm amazed at everything so far. Looking in the mirror, I can see my body taking shape now. Upper body has slimmed down a little bit, I can fit into the next belt buckle, and honestly, my legs look ripped already. And this is only after 1 week!
I am nursing some rather sore arms today, as I was able to actually get through the end of the plyo cardio workout, where the last portion of the workout has you either doing pushups/burpees or plank position in and outs/ski abs. Definitely works on the shoulders, along with just tiring out the rest of the arm completely.
Back at it tomorrow! Sure was nice to have a rest day today.

I think i'm going to find it hard mustering up the energy to take her for the regular 3 mile walks I do now if I'm doing insanity as well but I'll just have to do what I can.

you'd need to hit the gym with a more traditional type program.
