    It's easy to eat junk and not work out. That's reality

    Key is to limit mistakes when they happen and get back on track.

    That's just my new philosophy when it comes to things. Can't let that little slipup turn into a weeklong regret.

      I agree I only eat junkfood on days where I do push myself.

      Those .89 burritos have 20-25 grams of protein and alot of fiber though. So it could be alot worse.

        Last night was my day to let it out some. I got a Southwestern Jalapeno Burger last night and it was delicious. I need to not workout today though. I worke out in some capacity for 7 days straight. I need a break.

        I will run about 5 miles tomorrow. Looking forward to that.

          Hey fellas

          Had to take a break for a week because of some OS political stuff but I'm back. Wanted to post that I weighed in this morning @ 208.0 (I'm still stuck and can't get past this weight) but I've eaten pretty good. Last night, we went to Chili's and I had 2 big *** Blue Moons but I had a small house salad as my entree.

          I'll be checking in daily like I used to.

          OD: good job bro, you got below 250 for a minute, get below again and keep hammerin

          Giggas: good job as well, you're makin good progress; keep hammerin away bro!

            I kind of blew it this weekend... came up to Sweet Briar to see my girlfriend in an opera (hilarious, btw, she's a real ham)... but I didn't eat so well. We went to Cracker Barrel both days, and I had pancakes the first day, french toast the second. The only other thing I've had this weekend was a turkey wrap from a local restaurant. I'll just have to see what the scale says.

            In other news, everyone's really excited about my lost weight. Almost everyone that saw me that knew me said I looked good, so I'm pleased about that. I'm going to have to restart going to the gym, as I've been getting kind of lazy about that.

              Slipped up one meal this weekend but it wasn't too bad, went out for a birthday dinner and ate a few nachos with salsa and 2 chicken fajitas with a little rice. Probably didn't take me over my limit though, as I didn't eat much before then purposely. My official weigh in is tomorrow but I was down this morning, was at around 348.6 which would be down almost 4 pounds last week.

                Good to see you back Sting. I did ok on this weekend, had some pizza and wings but not too much, nothing out of the ordinary. i did drink a lot of beer on Saturday though (from about 2 in the afternoon i drank most all day, LOL). I've been below 250 all weekend though, @ 249.

                Today I had oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch I had a few chips, a hamburger and a hot dog (without buns for either). I am going to guess my calories to be about 850-900 range which is about where I should be.

                I haven't gone over and worked out yet because I feel a bit sick but I plan to anyways here shortly.

                Pete - good to see you were able to plan for your meal.

                  Down to 177.3...Trying to get to 165ish at 5'10

                  Once I'm at 165...I wanna build about 20lbs in muscle.



                  Goal is 6% body fat...I'm around 13ish now.

                      Question:

                      If I drink 2 qts of Crystal Light Lemonade or Fruit Punch, does that count as water for the day?

                          Made some marinated chicken breast with some potatoes I cut up and seasoned with some roasted garlic stuff.

                          It was beyond good. Oh and I had some peas.

                          The potatoes were f'n amazing.

                          I'm happy to be back to a "normal" diet. I missed carbs.

                            I had a half a can of soup with some added-in fresh mushrooms for dinner, only about 200 calories. I did quite well today calorie wise, although some of where the calories came from was suspicious.

                            oh and at the gym today I did 40 minutes of elliptical, so right back on the horse.

                            i did weigh in at fat club tonight and actually gained 1.4 pounds but that's ok because I lost 6 pounds last week so I figured I might have gained a little bit back this week.

                                My doctor says if the beverage is not carbonated you can usually count it as water (coffee, tea, crystal light, lemonade, etc), so i'd not count beer or pop.

                                For breakfast I had oatmeal and a pear. So I'm at about 220 calories today.
