    Man ODogg, my job is having a Pizza party for someone that is leaving. THere are like 30 boxes of Papa John's sitting in the conference room right NEXT TO ME! A co-worker asked me to get them a few slices because they are going to the gym, but their direct co-worker already got them 2 slices. So I have 2 slices sitting in my face right now. My mouth is salivating.

    I called a friend of mine that works downtown and I am just going to give him the pizza. I want to eat it so bad but I won't do it.

      That's some fantastic willpower there man! I've resisted pizza before but usually I cave and have at least one piece (like Tuesday I had one 1/2 slices of cheese donatos). I'd get rid of it as soon as possible!

            All good food is my kryptonite. The new "any large pizza, any way you want it for 10 bucks" promo that the major chains (Pizza Hut, PapaJohn's, Domino's) are running makes it even harder.

              Pizza and wings are my kryptonite.

              I just walked passed the conference room. Still at least 70 slices left. I am eating oatmeal right now because I am hitting the gym in about an hour. I feel like a loser right now.

                  I remember in college I had a professor have a day where they ordered everyone pizza. I was that guy who said that I didn't want any. Yea everybody else was eating pizza in my face...Papa John's...I love pizza.

                      Probably the same reason your not eating pizza right now? lol.

                      Oh and pizza + chicken wings is the worlds greatest combination.

                        I wouldn't dare eat those two things together. Just too much IMP. I will eat 6 slices of pizza or 15 wings though.

                          When I get pizza + wings for cheating time I usually have a very small salad, like two pieces of pizza and 2 wings. The killer for wings is the bleu cheese or ranch. It can nearly double your calories and fat. So I've quit eating them with any dip (which was extremely hard btw). I find now though that my stomach has gone back to it's smallest size it's going to get so I may cut down on that even further because when i eat what I typed above I usually feel so full it's like a Thanksgiving full and I don't like it.

                            I can't stand putting ranch or blue cheese on my wings. Masks the taste too much for me. Never have been a fan of that.

                              I hate blue cheese but I love ranch on my wings. Hell I like ranch on pizza. Hell I like ranch on anything I put it on my fries more then ketchup. But I have cut down on a lot of that food.

                                I love bleu cheese or ranch either one on wings, not drowning the wing in it but dipping it lightly. But i've given that up, I just eat the wing now by itself.

                                I'm having a small salmon patty (100), peas (60) and very small amount of baked beans (40) from work here for my late lunch. So i'm at about 700 calories for the day. That will be good for my beer drinking tonight.

                                I had a terrible workout today, the worst in several months I think. I just couldn't get going physically or mentally. I did 15 minutes on the bike and got a decent amount of work, about 125 calories...then did leg weights on 3 machines but struggled, then went on to arms on 3 different machines but REALLY struggled due to my arms being sore still from tuesday. I had planned to finish out with 15 on the elliptical but I just hit a wall and couldn't get mentally or physically up for doing it. I cut the workout short. I weight myself though and for the week i'm down 2 pounds. Now to try to limit the damage of the weekend..
