    Oh and I forgot some good news too. I weighed in today at the gym for our contest and I'm down 2 pounds from 259 to 257!

    I may have a bad weekend ahead myself. Tomorrow I'm going out with my friend for his birthday and we'll be out all night. Then Saturday my buddy is probably coming over for some german beer, pizza and PS3.

    I'm not going to stress though, neither should you. Just so every weekend isn't a bad weekend, the occasional splurge is part of life. So long as the overall big picture is consistent loss then an occasional blip shouldn't be cause for despair.

        Well i didn't lose a single lb this week (didn't gain any either). I was away with work all week which basically means all my meals are from take away type places or restaurants. I need to start tracking down subways more because my choices are holding back my weight loss.

        It's a bit of a bummer about DC. Even though he was bloody annoying at times he def was good at stimulating heated debate.

        Congrats on the WL O and big congrats on the good career news Sting!

          Im at about 6 weeks, I was pretty poor for 2 weeks when I switched jobs so I ate better only because I could not afford to eat out. I figured I would Just keep my little streak Going, I am trying to get back into shape to the point of where I was When I was in the Army.

            And...exhale. Ate my first meal tonight since Sunday night. Wife had white rice cooked in chicken broth with peas and carrots mixed in. Really tasty. A few hours later, I had a pb and j sandwich. Weird thing is, I can't tell if I'm hungry or full. I had this feeling in my stomach before I ate the sandwich and it's still there. Weird.

            Taking tomorrow off from the gym, then starting back on the recumbent bike on Monday. I weigh around 212 right now, will probably gain 5-8 pounds over the weekend.

                That's my guess, but it also depends on how much I eat. If I eat as much as I usually do, yes. If I continue to eat smaller portions and healthier food, I don't know. I always go back to eating the same old same old.

                Either way, it doesn't matter. I wasn't using the fast as weight loss and don't plan on losing weight "fast" anyways. I figure as long as I'm consistent in the gym with cardio I'll burn fat over time and when I start lifting weights again, I'll put on at least a few pounds of muscle. I don't know if I'll ever get below 210 or 215 unless I stop lifting weights long-term. I don't want to do that. I would rather be around that weight and be solid than be 190-200 and be skinny.

                  My week was great but I did find the last couple of workouts not really up to my personal standards in desire. I need the fire burning and sometimes I can't get angry to get it going.

                          Looks like I'll be on day 4 of having a grilled chicken wrap for dinner haha Can't complain, they are low points (and cal) and taste great.

                          Slim Fast and some oatmeal so far this morning. Day 4 and holding up well.

                            I had a banana and a string cheese stick for breakfast. I didn't eat much because I've felt sick since eating KFC yesterday. Not blaming it on them but who knows, maybe since I've not eaten fast food in a while.

                            I weighed myself this morning and by far the best weight i've seen in a while, I weighed in at 252. I've not been below 250 in 4 years!

                            Not sure what I'm doing for lunch, maybe some soup as it's easy on the stomach, I still feel queasy..
