Well, Burnout Paradise is a cool game, but my vision problem may prove problematic as I am having an extremely difficult time following the routes for the races. I'm 0 for 3 with 3 8th place finishes because I keep getting lost. I wish there was a GPS arrow type system like on FUEL.Steelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

Re: Off Topic 2010
Well....It's official i'm pretty much blind in my left eye
I went and did the field test before seeing my eye specialist and I couldn't see a single flash of light out of that eye. it's not ALL the glaucoma though which is a good thing. The cornea in that eye has gotten thick so it makes it more difficult. Anyways the occular pressure in both eyes are within acceptable means and i'm not going to do anything further with the left eye in terms of surgery/proceedure as the left eye is basically useless. I'm thankful that my right eye is so strong in terms of vision and field of vision or i'd be in a much worse predicament these days.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I think there are a lot of umpires and referees out there with the same predicament as you.
In all seriousness though, good luck. Hopefully somehow things get better. I am sure there is a way to make you're left eye to be able to see again with a procedure if it becomes a problem too.Eagles | Phillies | Sixers | Flyers

Well if the pressure is way too high I have to have the fluid drained out of the eye. That was the procedure I was talking about earlier. I've had it down twice a few years back. I'm hoping to keep the eye in as good a shape as possible for down the road when/if there's some kind of stem cell etc etc type of cure.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

You're just a big time football fan. You should do a diary or something on your travels.
jnes12eaglesfan, yeah I knew about that as it was on the back of my mind when I was talking about keeping my eye in as good a shape as I can.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

NO, they actually feel pretty good. My jaw is jack up. So I don't really not feel pain, I am used to it, so it is because some second nature to me. But I am sure I would feel more pain in the morning if I didn't have the guard.Comment
