Oisas try to be bigger than the Beatles, but no one thought that, so they had to give up that pipe dream. Just like when John said they were bigger than Jesus. Belive it or not when he said that some of their popularity went down. Just like when oasis said they are bigger than the Beatles they went down hill too. Don't way butit happens when you compare yourself to something bigger. Also I like Jimi, but I agree with Eddie hewas mostly distortion. He was great for his time and the baddest thing he did was playing a right handed guitar left handed.

He was not just great for his time, he was ahead of his time.

I get so frustrated when I read people narrow things down like, "he was just distortion", and other such simplistic ideals. You can narrow down ANYONE from Bach to the Beetles with simplistic arguments.

Music genre will always be one of the most subjective subjects ... but people should not narrowly label things with their arguments, especially when it can apply to every band or artist if you want it to.

Deadwood is an awesome show.

I don't like how the series ended....

Not saying it was as terrible as the Sopranoes ending, but I just expected so much more. But then again Deadwood series got cut short due to low ratings and their budget being pulled from under them.

Seriously. Weekend series in the SEC beat any MLB series as far as entertainment value goes. IMO it's head and shoulders better than college basketball. talent-wise there's not a lot of difference between LSU, Bammer, USCe, Arky, Vandy, UF, OM, and even Auburn is on the up.

Alabama and Auburn can't compete with the LSU's and Georgia's talent-wise. The Hope scholarship kills Alabama in recruiting.

The best thing about a college baseball game would be the conference tournaments and of course regionals.

I'll never forget when I was left out of NCAA baseball. 24 of the guys were real people, and the 25th was some fake guy.

It's only 5-6 games a week, and (for me, at least) all games vs. "FBS" or in-state schools are televised, and for the most part they always come on at the same time.


plus, there's so much more excitement in CBB than the MLB. A good "pitchers duel" in college might be a 5-4 game.
