Yeah, I'm curious to see my weigh in tomorrow. I had a wedding and rehearsal dinner fri/sat so I know my diet wasn't up to par. Then we were given some left overs from the rehearsal dinner Sunday so although I was still fasting as much as I can, the diet I was doing was out the window.

Well since I got the diabetes diagnosis about a little over a month ago I have lost 10lbs.

My sugar has also consistently been in the normal range for the last 3-4 weeks.

I think either of those things would be fine if you use it consistently. I've got a buddy of has the Tower 200 and he likes it. Pretty easy to use etc and a nice way to get a decent workout in limited space etc.

I've purposely avoided this thread as I have been HORRIBLE for the past month!

Not going to step on a scale
Not going to say I'm on a diet

Just going to work hard and try to eat as healthy as possible.

Combo of work/girl/house repairs/travel/and more work has got the best of me. No excuses...just didn't make time for the important stuff

Nice going man! I expect to be the same range as this weekend was pretty bad for me. Oh well, it is still nice not seeing a number in the 300 range!

I don't know how, but I've lost 8 lbs and I'm down to 221 from a little under a month ago. I'm not a bad size at all for being 6'3".. just thought it was interesting. The only thing I've done is cut out regular drinks (with the exception of maybe one a week) and started working out more reguarly.

                        Re: OS Weight Loss 2011

I have recently moved house so I've been a few weeks out of the gym while i got my gym all set up in the new house and have finally gotten back into it the last few days.

I decided to change up my program a little and yesterday I did upper body and this morning i did lower body. I had to catch a flight at 6.45am this morning so I got up at 4am to get my workout in. No excuses.....

Feels good to be back in the gym. My new program is:

                        Day 1: Upper body
                        Day 2: Lower body
                        Day 3: rest
                        Day 4: Upper body
                        Day 5: Lower body
                        Day 6: Rest
                        Day 7: Rest

I've been bothered by some reoccuring foot and ankle pain on my leg leg in the last few months, think I might have to go get it checked out by a podiatrist or something.

I'm trying to get my house in shape to put on the market so my workout's have fallen out as well as my diet. I checked the scale today and I was at 285 so I can't complain, I should be able to start working out again in the next coming weeks. Besides, I'm doing the manual work at the house as well. Just need to keep the diet in check.

I'm getting ready to start hitting the weights again myself. About two years ago I was 6ft tall and 200 lbs. at 9-10% body fat. Then things at work got stressful and my wife got pregnant. Long story short I put on 50 lbs. I stopped all activities, crashed on the couch when I got home from work. Now that my little girl is 6 months old I'm starting the long journey to get back into shape. The thing that ticks me off the most is that I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to diet, supplements and exercise/weightlifting. The whole time I was putting on the weight I knew what I was doing to myself but just couldn't stop. Now I have my diet plan together and my training split ready, the only thing that can get in my way now is myself.

I hit 284 last week. I will have time to head to the gym to run this week so I hopefully can see 283-282..
