I don't think tuning played a part. Sales and demand decreased for cars like the 300ZX, 240SX, Prelude, Supra, 3000GT and Celica.

That I totally agree with. Any turbo coupe was pretty much dead (rx-7 another rare one) in the late 90's early 2000's. The rise of the SUV is IMO the reason these cars stopped production and foreign company focused either on SUVs or family sedans which marketed better here in the US.

I'm thinking now is a good time for it to come back especially with all the sporty nissans' like the GTR and the big rise in American muscle cars as of late.

Yep. Even Toyota is releasing the FT-whatever (along with Subaru). I can't believe I forgot about the RX-7, but the RX-8 was the first sports car to return (prompting the 350Z, then like you said the recent return of the Camaro, Challenger, etc.) SUVs have waned a little bit but more CUVs have been appearing (or SUVs being changed to CUVs).

Traded in my 2009 Mustang Friday for a 2007 Chevy Equinox. Got a little one on the way and needed more room.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do to make it look better and what head unit to replace the factory unit with? I do want to get the windows tinted ASAP.

Changed my mind again.

Instead of trading my IS250 in for the new Charger. I'll be getting the Genesis Coupe. Much easier for me to pay for and maintain, since I'm still in school.

Traded in my 2009 Mustang Friday for a 2007 Chevy Equinox. Got a little one on the way and needed more room.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do to make it look better and what head unit to replace the factory unit with? I do want to get the windows tinted ASAP.

My mom drives the Suzuki knock off of this car. I swear, even the console and gauges are the same.

I don't care for it much, but she likes it.. so that's all that matters.

That thing looks bad.

I'd have to have a straight manual.. I hate the auto/slap shift option in vehicles. Only other gripe is the wheels, but that's easy to fix.

I dig the tap shift in my mom's BMW. I use it alot when not on an interstate. 2nd to 3rd I catch myself feeling for a clutch that doesn't exist lol.

I just can't do it if I'm going for speed. I need to shift and clutch, it was makes going fast fun.

There's just no feel to it, without the clutch.

I had a 08 Equinox before I got my Jeep.
