Maybe I was just rushing, but it doesn't seem like it should take two hands and excessive force to get it on. I will try it again later before sending it back to Amazon.

    I went with this one - http://www.amazon.com/Reader-Diagnos...=operasport-20

Looking to buy my first car. Financing it through my jobs credit union. Thinking bout going with a new Camry in black. At this point if I could talk my sales guy down to $16,000 is that a good price on a 2014.5 Camry at this point of the year ?

Considering they cost $22,000 to $25,000 up here for the 2014.5 model, hell yeah.

Finally got my first car. No more inconsistent public transportation to work. 2010 Toyota Camry. Nothing fancy, just a reliable spacious car. 69K miles, got it from a Nissan Dealership. Will post more pics soon but just excited for my first car.

Congrats man! Nothing like your first car. A Camry will last you a very long time. Enjoy!

Thanks man im really excited. Gonna tint the windows, add sirius xm radio and probably put some different rims on the car. Was thinking about going with a nice set of black rims but would really just like to browse at a catalog. I see pepboys sells rims but if anyone knows of any places online please share.

Make sure you check the laws in your area before you go tinting windows. Some places don't allow it completely and others only allow a certain percentage of tint.

My car actually failed inspection in NC for that. It was my grandmother's old car from Florida and the driver's side window was apparently tinted more than North Carolina law permits. I had to take it somewhere to get all the tinting scrubbed off to get it passed.

Been busy as of late but I ended up buying a Cadillac CTS over some of the other sedan models I was looking at (Infiniti, BMW 3 and 5 series, Lexus IS/ES). Pretty happy with it outside of the faulty water pump that was replaced.

I got some fascinating information from a Lieutenant over at medical this week. He was telling me that Japanese cars like the Nissan Skyline require no additional maintenance or modifications before overseas shipment if the vehicle is over 20 years old. I'm going to do some further research and if that's true, I'm definitely on the prowl for an older Nissan Skyline.

I've all ready seen a few being listed on Facebook pages for auction in the area. I've been speaking to a few guys within my command too, to ask about financial aid for shipping vehicles back to the states. I'm hoping there's something there, but I doubt it.

I would drop a decent amount on the right Skyline.. maybe a '90 R32 or similar. All of this is just talk and hypothetical, but it's fun to think about the possibility. I've always wanted vehicles that aren't that common. The information I received may just be "hearsay" and not true.

Even my SS Cobalt wasn't that common where I'm from. It was pretty well distinguished and different than every other vehicle on the street.

I would love to have a skyline but I dunno if I could get used to driving on right side of the car. Japanese cars were built so well in the 90s. My brothers supra is amazing, its like being in a rocket

I can only drive the duty van, as I live on base and don't have a vehicle of my own, but it's not that bad. I had a harder time adjusting to different traffic patterns. Then when I came home it took me a minute to adjust again.

Luckily I play enough Grand Theft Auto. It actually helps.

Heard nothing but good things so far on those. I just can't pull the trigger on a domestic ride. Too many bad experiences in the past.
