When something this public goes this wrong, there should be an outcry, even with "bigger fish to fry".

When someone hits my car door and runs, I'm still pissed whether or not someone just got killed in a hit-and-run halfway across the nation.

Oh she will make millions all right. All it takes is a book deal. I think it goes without saying she will write a book at some point.

Exactly, if you don't think she will make bank over this then you are being naive. She will probably make at the minimum a couple hundred grand from whichever network she gives her "exclusive" interview to. Whether people like it or not she is going to be a big money maker for a network and a publishing company.

O.J. would have made bank too if he hadn't gotten hit with that civil suit.

Yea, it has to be unanimous for a decision or else its a hung jury and they would have to re-trial with a complete new 12 jurors. As of now, there cant be a re-trial and its done.

She'll have to pay what have to be enormous legal bills somehow.

              She won't become a multi-millionaire, but she'll get hers.

I got one name for yall. Drew Peterson. The tool who reached a non-guilty verdict from a murder charge of him killing his 3rd wife and making her completely disappear. With the coincidental fact that his 2nd wife supposedly committed suicide in the bathtub of all places. He got off because there was no indisputable evidence to catch him. After the trail his entire demeanor looked as if he got away with the perfect crime.

Well guess what happened, he got tried for his 2nd wife's death and was found guilty and is now serving a life sentence.

Moral of the story. Karma's a ya know. This lady Casey....she'll eventually meet some type of media driven downfall. Where she ends up? Nobody knows....

Is it true that juror #4 said that in her pre trial interview that she ‘doesn't like to judge other people; it's not her place to judge anyone. It's not something she should do.'"?

If so that's a defense dream juror.

I have Nancy Grace on and saw that too. Have to feel bad for the people who were apart of the jury. Also feel bad for Casey Anthony parents. People are sending them death threats.

Um...aren't the other side usually allowed to toss out a juror based on reasons like that? The prosecution was obviously napping on that one if my assumption is correct.

As far as I know they tried but the judge wouldn't allow it.

This whole trial was a circus. It disgusted me when people were lining up at the courthouse just to get a chance to get into the actual courtroom and watch. People wonder why the "world is so bad"...apparently that's what sells.

As for the verdict, honestly I am not surprised. After the first day that the defense started their side and was knocking down ****, I thought she was going to get off. As much as I believe (and everyone else) that she did it, I never thought there was enough hard evidence.

Nope, the State of Florida is paying for her defense.

As far as Nancy Grace here what wikipedia said:

                                Prosecutorial misconduct

The Supreme Court of Georgia has twice commented on Grace's conduct as a prosecutor. First, in a 1994 heroin drug trafficking case, Bell v. State, the Court declared a mistrial, saying that Grace had "exceeded the wide latitude of closing argument" by drawing comparisons to unrelated murder and rape cases.[8]

In 1997, the court was more severe, overturning the murder-arson conviction of businessman W. W. Carr in the death of his wife. While the court said its reversal was not due to these transgressions, since the case had turned primarily on circumstantial evidence, it nevertheless concluded "the conduct of the prosecuting attorney in this case demonstrated her disregard of the notions of due process and fairness, and was inexcusable."[9]

Carr was freed in 2004 when The Georgia Supreme Court ruled unanimously that Fulton County had waited too long to retry him, thereby unfairly prejudicing his right to a fair trial[10].

Despite upholding the conviction she sought, a panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in a 2005 opinion that Grace "played fast and loose" with her ethical duties and failed to "fulfill her responsibilities" as a prosecutor in the 1990 triple murder trial of Herbert Connell Stephens.[11]

The court agreed that it was "difficult to conclude that Grace did not knowingly use ... [apparently false] testimony" from a detective that there were no other suspects, despite the existence of outstanding arrest warrants for other men.[11]
My opinion of the sexual abuse charges?
