Speaking of MLB the show, this is the closest I've come to a perfect game.

Had perfect game into the 5th, and a 1 hitter after 8 innings.

My best ever game was a 20k performance by Roger Clemens in All Star Baseball 2000. I have no idea how many hits or runs I allowed though.

            The Pleasures of Life Thread

Retro Bowl has been a major pleasure of life for me. I Spent the first 11 years with CIN and won 6 RBs. Jumped to CAR and went 9-6-1 in year 1 and won the NFC and RB to pass Belichick. I need 3 more RBs to 100% the achievements then I’ll see if I want to start again with some type of restriction like do it NE style where everything is always Changing around the franchise QB.

At times like this, theres literally no excuse for procrastinating. Actually did spring cleaning. Not just wiping things down, but actually throwing away lots of stuff I just kept over the years and/or was too lazy to fully clean out. Only downsides are that theres so much dust. I'll ironically get sick from isolation. And other downside is that bi weekly garbage pickup went out this week...and my bin is almost filled already.

Some things I kept more for nostalgic reasons, but I just dumped them all. I won't get nostalgic about those things if I dont ever see and remember them again.

Now I'm wondering what to do with all the extra space I now have lol. Under my bed alone, I have probably 3/4 of it just empty.

Clearing out years-old clutter has a satisfaction unlike many other things for sure. A big part of it is cutting ties w/ some perceived nostalgia that is ultimately not even there.

I'm sure you'll find a bunch of new things to clutter up your place with in the coming months/years, not to worry.

That's partially why I did it. More I get rid of, more I can get after.

Ironically I cleaned out my closet, but somehow have less space now than before? Part of it is probably the fact that I have enough long sleeve tops where I won't wear the same one more than twice a month (at work that is)

Even though the government has extended the period to do taxes for obvious reasons, I'm still doing mine around same time as usual.

Looking at the estimated tax return number on the software I used, looks like I'll be getting a nice amount back. At least 2 weeks pay it seems like.
