The drive and/or flight to your vacation. Whether it just be a vacation/trip for a few days, or longer, that ride there,being all excited to go and see/do whatever you had planned is real fun.

Or if something goes wrong,like a roadblock which could prevent something from happening, you don't mind it cause you're in "happy mode" during this time so you won't mind something bad happening as much.

Like if I'm on a flight that takes a couple of hours,I won't mind it at all,if it's a flight where the end result is going to my trip destination. Food might not be good,movie isn't something I wanna see, and flight might be arriving at like 4am or something, but cause of what the end result will be,I can just not mind all of this stuff so easily. Same goes with waiting in customs or something during that trip,the excitement and all outweights the possible annoyance of a long flight/long wait at customs.

I mentioned it before, but anticipation for these things is always fun for me. At times, I like the anticipation for it more than the actual moment(s) itself.

I prefer a good snoball after mowing the lawn. And having a neighbor who has the best snoball stand in town is one of my pleasures of life... Plus, I get a neighbor discount and an occasional freebie, as well. You can't beat a free stuffed snoball.
