    Times change, I suppose..

Then again, I haven't played organized sports outside of a few rec leagues since I was in 8th grade, which was a while ago now.

I'm not really sure how to break this to you, but I have. To my own doctor, my team doctor, and two team trainers.

I'd put serious consideration into going back to your doctor.
Well, that doctor happens to be the head of research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a hospital known all around the world. I trust what he says over a high school team doctor/trainers

I'm not being a gatorade fanboy, lol. If anything I'd recommend pedialyte above gatorade.

As for your cool little article:

Marathon runners, competitive cyclists, and football players doing two-a-days are the kind of people who should be drinking it.

Story says for those doing an hour-plus of intense exercise would benefit from a sports drink, others should stick with water.
It's talking about drinking it as a leisure. Keep reaching and something is bound to land!

          I give up

Natural hydration is all your body needs unless you are doing extreme physical activity. Fair enough?

Neat-o sport. I'll go with the people that are specialized in this area and have helped me personally to stop cramps.

We can all agree the powerade sucks.
