Uncharted and myself have a weird relationship.
I feel like I should like it and I try to like it, but it doesn't take long before the gameplay starts to outweigh the beautiful graphics and I quit playing.
I couldn't finish UC1, UC2, or Golden Abyss on the VITA. I get tired of "bitch work" after a while with games like Uncharted and Tomb Raider.
Scale a building, shoot a few bad guys, something collapses and have to find a way around or how to proceed annnnnnnd repeat.
I'll be completely honest when I say I have never played the original Metal Gear games. The PS1 was the first console I had as a kid that belonged to me and not my sister too and I still never played them. I played Final Fantasy, Gameday, Gamebreaker, and a host of other PS1 classics including the Tomb Raider and Syphon Filter games. I just never was interested in Metal Gear Solid.
