The thing that annoyed me about trying the carb reduction deal is the price of foods. I'm low budget, so regularly get mac n cheese and ramen noodles, chips, hot pockets, pizza rolls, cheap deli subs, etc. None of that stuff is healthy and they're all high carb, seems unfair that the healthy foods are expensive. If my bridge card gives me $150 a month for food, I'm not going to the store looking for health smart foods, I'm cramming in as much cheap junk I can find so I can stretch that $150 out all month. It's like they want me to be unhealthy
I think apples are pretty notorious gas givers
