Im trying to gain weight. Gained 20 pounds the 2nd half of 2014. Then lost motivation and lost around 6 pounds. Now im trying to gain 20 pounds again to reach the 160pound mark
To calculate pounds i just did KGx2 so it probably isnt accurate but hey

I always hear how yoga has become more mainstream, more guys are doing it, etc. Not at my gym lol.
but I like it so far, I feel really good at the end, and it's definitely making me even more aware about how tight my muscles are and how unflexible I am, so I'm looking forward to making progress.
