I needed to change up my workout routine...so I'm giving this 60 days.
      It's a bit easy.....so I bumped up the reps and weight...but it's a good routine.
Also no off days...I mix in a different circuit workout on those days.
I also added pullups/pushups/core as a second workout for every other day.
      I'm on Day 10.....and I like it.

Decided to do DDP yoga, since I realized I was still too self conscious to go to a yoga class with me and 20 middle aged women I always hear how yoga has become more mainstream, more guys are doing it, etc. Not at my gym lol.

I'm following the beginner's schedule for the most part, just adjusting the days a little. So far I've done the first video twice where they really just show you the main positions, and the first actual workout called energy twice. Definitely have a ways to go but I like it so far, I feel really good at the end, and it's definitely making me even more aware about how tight my muscles are and how unflexible I am, so I'm looking forward to making progress.

Absolutely DDP Yoga is AWESOME. I'm pairing it up with my TSC 7.0 for sure.

Haha, probably. He will get back to you shortly. Let me know and we'll get this started - anyone else wanted to join in?

Btw, there HAS to be a guide on how to get fit around a pregnant wife...the amounts of junk food that she has craved (and she still burns it all off somehow) is deadly to my hopes for eating better. gah.

Do you actually need a yoga mat or does a foam mat suffice? I've always wanted to try ddp yoga

I suggest using a mat with a mat towel for the best. Foam never felt right when I used them at the gym because it would stretch out and wasn't stable. There are a number of poses you'll put force to the ground pushing forward and backward. Just get a cheap one at any sports store and if you want to be serious with it later on get a manduka or jade yoga mat.

Sent another email last night. Looks like TSC 7.0 is a no go unless you can send over the free program. I'm going to P90x tonight. If no word from him by lunch tomorrow, I will start my six pack life instead.

I have been doing Rushfit since September of 2014. I started the program weighing 225 lb, and I'm down to 170 now. Three weeks into the Advanced Program doing two a days six days a week. Once I finish this, I am going to do The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout. I've heard great things about so I am pumped.

                      Day 1: TSC 7.0 complete.

Saturday I will do the 300 challenge and post here. No doubt my three mile time will result in zero points. Never ran a 6 minute mile so no way I can do three miles in 18 minutes lol. Since I have not run this winter, I have little doubt my three mile time will be atrocious.

Day 1: TSC 7.0 Complete as well

I am in the same boat as you, my friend. Despite being a soccer player, I just hated running for distance. I could sprint up and down the pitch, but ask me to jog to jog...and not after a ball...yikes.

Despite my reservations about putting my face out there - I am starting a vlog to keep track (and keep honest) of my progress. Day 1 was not easy, especially with my lil guy needing to go to his 18 month check up, followed by ice-cream afterwards - you can guess how that went for yours truly :/

Grew up as a center midfielder in soccer. Need to prep for a half marathon in May. No choice but to get up and running now if I don't want to embarrass myself that day.

Day 2 of TSC complete. Instead of the treadmill, I used my bowflex max for cardio. Tomorrow, I am going to do TSC and then Kenpo X from P90x since I didn't get it in tonight.

Yeah, I did my cardio on my pilates reformer that has a trampoline attached, minimal impact on the joints and quite a lot of fun. Good job, Rules! Crushing this thing, man.
