It wasn't until I finished the second floor of the firehouse that I noticed I was missing a few pieces. The guy that owns the brick store ordered the pieces I need. Once I get them I'll get it finished.

        Re: The Lego Thread

Fun few builds with the kid over the past few days for his birthday, got 3 Lego Juniors sets (Batman, Spiderman, and Cars), a City set of 15 mini figs (he likes those), a set for becoming a Lego Store VIP (I did that one myself).

He did great putting him together with not a whole lot of my hands getting involved, I got a few great videos of the Batman build but I deleted the file after uploading it to Instagram...here are some pics from today though...

Lego Ghostbusters firehouse is now complete. What an awesome build this was! Almost 5,000 pieces. So many cool little details as well as so many different ways to use the minifigures inside and outside. I took a bunch of pics.

I've come back and looked at those GB pics probably 5 times since you posted them, I love that set...got me thinking about doing a big build!

Absolutely love the Ghostbusters build. I saw the set for sale when I was in the Lego store in London and have absolutely loved it. Someday when I have the room it would be one I would want to display.

I am getting ready to start on the UCS Y-Wing here soon. Hopefully this week.

Just won the Lego Batman Batcave Break In on eBay, original thinking was for a Christmas gift for my son...but I'm thinking it might be fun to make it a build where we work a little at a time together on it over a few days/week to give something else to do after work/school.

Forgot to post a pic of the final product from our biggest build to date:

He's got more Legos coming for Christmas too. Got a few sets and Lego Dimensions stuff, but also got an incredible deal on the Ultimate Batmobile on ebay, it's a pretty big build and it came assembled so I'm just going to leave it together so he can play with it right away.

I didn't know this thread existed, I'll upload more later, but I recently completed the Death Star. I mostly just build the Star Wars/Harry Potter sets.

I've been debating getting the City sets, and fulfilling my childhood dream of creating a full Lego City, but haven't quite pulled the trigger on it yet.

Recently completed the UCS Y-Wing. Now working on the UCS Assault on Hoth set.

Loved the Y-Wing. Great build and the detail was top notch.

I forgot about this thread after discovering it because I don't often leave the basketball and soccer sections, but now that tax season is over my work has slowed considerably so I've gotten to build a few at my desk!
