re: Off-Topic
All social media gives you a warped and false view of what the majority of people are thinking. The population in the US alone is over 325M, but when something on twitter gets over 500k likes or reweets we're supposed to think that it's an overwhelmingly popular opinion or agreed upon statement. And the old media feeds into it because they are desperate. It's nonsense.
It's a parasitic relationship now between social media(Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr) and a lot of publications online and off that rely on it for outrage clicks or rehash "hey, did you see this on Twitter last night?!"Comment

I couldn't care less about Facebook for whatever that means but I'm all about: The Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram. I'm not saying they can't have their negatives but the best thing about all three (or 4 🤷🏾*♂️) is that you have the choice of what you see. Twitter is my news/sports feed in which I also get to talk **** with/about my OS peeps. The gram is for my personal people. Facebook is for the fam. Snap...... I knew what that was for before I was married..... but .....

Yeah, social media is good for some things like following sports and getting breaking news, but it can be a real cesspool when lots of people start talking about certain subjects that are against the TOS to discuss here. I mostly use twitter. I don't get on Facebook as much anymore since they de-emphasized friends lists and forced me to follow everyone and everything in my main timeline.Steelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

This is false as **** as far as a general statement and assuming you know all the perspectives on special media, man and super irrelevant to what I and Chase were talking about.....

So I saw a head on crash/collision on my way home from work today. Lady driving turned down one way street and was hit head on. Was too violent as both cars weren't travelling fast, and both people got out of the car.
My favorite part, the lady in the wrong yelling and cursing at the other driver.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Of course. That reminds me. I hate it when "wrong way" "do not enter" signs are put in super vague locations. I swear I saw one today that was angled in a way that would make you believe the lane you were in literally just ended. Like, I don't need that extra 10% of stressed confusion when I am in an unfamiliar area.Comment

And some places have a "no right turn on red light " signs which are impossible to see at night. I'm sure people have been caught by red light cams or police turning right on a red light in the night because that sign is unreadable.
Although even the obvious signs people dont read. My street is a one way(signs clearly posted on both sidewalks). Doesn't stop people from driving the wrong way down it.Comment

re: Off-Topic
I don't think road signs do it, but I've seen too many signs that say "NO ________" then with the red circle and slash through it.
As a math teacher, I can only see that as a double negative like they're telling me "Don't not do it."
