I'm sure we've had this very debate multiple times over the years. I'm all for 4 day work weeks, even though we know it won't ever happen for the majority of places.

I wouldn't be opposed to 4 days at 10 hours each either.
I used to work four-day weeks when I worked in two different juvenile facilities. Both were Sunday to Wednesday. I loved it what I would love now is to work a M-T-Th-F schedule. Give me a little break in the middle of the week.

I've never worked 5 day weeks, always 4. At this point I can't imagine working 5 days, and I don't even the kids/family obligations that others have.

I would imagine most of the debate/disagreement comes from salary jobs, people wanting the same pay for less hours, etc.

          Re: Off-Topic

A 4 day work seems like terrorism tbh.

I would hate my life if I had to work more hours per day I'm working just to have one extra day "off."

I get off early Fridays anyway.

Four 10 hour days? Get outta here bro.

Perhaps this calculation changes for those who physically go into work but I'd imagine I'd feel the exact same way regardless. The days don't bug me. I wouldn't be doing anything" off" so I wouldn't overload other days or have to wake up earlier or work longer or whatever it would take to do 10 hours instead of what I usually do.

People need to stop ****ing around with things. Whatever this pandemic is with everyone feeling the need to change everything is unimaginably annoying and damaging. We did just fine getting a standard of living we have doing things the way they've been done for however long, whether work or sports rules or anything else. Let's just stick to it instead of bored tinkering bull**** because you're convinced that things are broken.

Sam's usually has bottled water pretty cheap, I just grab that even with having "City Water" or whatever they're calling it now. Grew up with well water.

I replaced my brita pitcher with a larger brita with a nozzle, and it releases too slow, I don't have time for this slow drip, it takes at least 3 extra seconds to fill my cup, that's unacceptable

. Did find a sweet Steelers polo last week for half off though.

I got into it when Brickseek was new. Some of the stuff you could find at huge discounts was insane. Usually used it in getting clearance games but you could find computer stuff at Walmart and Target.

You end up getting one nice item then go back 3-4 times hoping to find another

you think that's bad, I do the same with Walmart and Meijer, love clearance deals

Meijer specifically will do double clearance deals, I got a $150 pair of boots that are too small for my feet and I don't even care, I got them for like 90% off, I'll strut around with broken toes with pride

Sadly no Meijer down here. What is the best deal you've ever found clearance wise?

I once got a 65" Vizio for 100$ at Wal Mart

My car is too small to compete with that, it barely contained a 43" tv in the back

if they start selling double clearance cars, though, I'll be back in the fight

This former Pittsburgh lady who was missing since 1992 was just found in Puerto Rico. Apparently they used to call her "the Sparrow" and she was a street preacher who would roam around the Pittsburgh area saying the end was nigh.

“I come home one night, and she’s just gone, and nobody knows where she’s at,” said Bob Kopta.

Wait a minute, Bob Kopta? Like Bob Cobb? The Maestro? This is suspicious

she ended up in Puerto Rico because there wasn't a single house to rent in all of Tuscany

edit: and Puerto Rican Day is the only banned Seinfeld episode, hmm

I bet the Maestro told her to put a balm on and she went out looking for a balm.
I've been in a lot of stores and I've never seen a balm outside of lip balm, so apparently they aren't readily available.
and that's because no one even knows what a balm is. have you ever seen a balm?
no one can tell what a balms gonna do, they're unpredictable. this is a public humiliation.
or maybe she just stepped out for coffee
