I just got over something similar. In fact, I was so out of it this last weekend, I meant to post this in the Brain Fart Thread, I had been taking Dayquil and had left the bottle on my counter by some liquid Dial soap. After I had made several trips from the couch to the counter over the weekend, at one point I was so loopy, I put the soap in a spoon and nearly swallowed it before gag reflexes kicked in and I spit it out. But I'm much better now.

The way I was feeling the last two nights, I get that. Once one person gets sick in my house, everyone does. Heavy chills, legs feeling like I ran/walked a 10k, temp enough to fry an egg.

Feel a bit better today, but damn I hate the flu.

It feels like more than 3 weeks ago, yet were almost at the middle point between Halloween and Christmas.

Google's apparently blocking extensions like ad blockers in a few months.

If it really happens, I'm definitely switching to whatever the best browser is available that still has things like ad blockers on it.

I never get companies doing something that can so easily turn people off of your product when there's clearly other alternatives. Just because you're the most popular doesn't mean you'll forever stay the most popular.

                  Turn people off of Chrome?

Ok, there's Edge, Firefox among other browsers people can switch to that provide the exact same services that Chrome does. Not like Chrome can view websites other sites can't. Majority of people just use internet browsers to...browse the internet. If your browser is secure, fast and user friendly, congrats, you've done your job

Yep, youtube does the same thing in regards to adblockers, and it's a pain in the butt, I currently use Ghostery and it does a good job on everything else.

I also use Edge with Bing as my search engine, using Ghostery I just open up a private window and while there is still an add I am able to watch yotube.

Happened earlier this year to me around March-April. I thought I got hacked. Nope just chrome deciding not to work properly at all due to adblockers. I switched everything to Firefox but unfortunately came crawling back to chrome with no adblock because I'm soo used to it

Randomly read a comment online about someone referring to the 80s and 90s as the "late 1900s".

While technically true, talk about making a generation of people sound old.

Which is weird because when people phrase it like that, ''late 1800's, late 1900's'', it doesn't translate as well if you call it ''late 2000's''. That makes it sound like 2007-2009. I suppose in the future they will call the late 2000's the late 21st century.
