Kenny: Ok Vic, I'm ready for some girl on girl action.
Vic: No Kenny, that's girl versus girl.
Kenny: What's the difference?
Vic: Well, in one, one girl wins. In the other....
Kenny: Everyone wins?!?!

Federal district judge rules PA Governor's pandemic policies unconstitutional. While it doesn't create a binding precedent for all courts (lower courts in district, yes) it certainly represents some persuasive authority for similar cases, especially if states look to enact restrictions in the future. Also, OS lawyers feel free to "well actually" me as I'm not a lawyer, only taking a law for education class this semester.
Gov. Tom Wolf's pandemic restrictions that required people to stay at home, placed size limits on gatherings and ordered “non-life-sustaining” businesses to shut down are unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled Monday.
Oh and I went to college with the judge, had history classes together. Wondered what he was up to these days as he always aspired to politics & what not.Comment

Canada has handled things better than the US and it seems like second wave is coming here, coinciding with start of schools.
US I'd imagine would follow suit, if their first wave has even ended.Comment

Maybe it was, I don't really know. Just know that the first episode of hard knocks featured a 20 minute segment of guys afraid to get the nasal swab lolOriginally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Re: CDC Officials Warn of Coronavirus Outbreaks in the United States.
Going to try to get tested tomorrow as I'm feeling sick. Started yesterday afternoon with a sore throat, now I have that, cough, headache and some congestion. No fever but feeling "feverish." Hopefully it's just a cold. Imagine must have caught something at school. We had one kid who got sent home because he was coughing and sneezing all over the place, and the parents sent him back to school the next day smh, same thing happened and he was sent home again and has to stay out 10 days now.
Tested negative so just a bad cold.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I would skip it, personally. Unless they send you something Certified Mail they can't prove that you ever got it and can't do anything to you (though they threaten that they can).
I'm not pretending to be giving sound advice here but I've been summoned 5 or 6 times in my life and I've never gone and have had 0 consequences. If you think it is your moral, ethical or Patriotic duty, then go. I, personally, do not feel that way.Comment

my company pays for to go to jury duty so I love getting the call. I treat it as a week's extra vaca, and make sure I give answers lawyers don't want to hear.
I did something yesterday that I haven't done since mid-March: a local fast-food restaurant let me use their fountain drink machine. I wonder if more places are doing that now or if they are making a major mistake letting people do it their selfOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23
