COMMENTS

Well, after a victory in the first match against V. Barcelos, I had a draw against Nacional, which I didn´t expected, in a bad offensive match. I decided to rotate some players and I introduced Quintero as CAM and Ibarbo in the LW. It worked, as I was surprised with the result against SC Braga, which is one of the best portuguese teams, out of the "best three". It was a very important victory, and we could then win at home against Vitoria Guimaraes, a team which didn't shoot in the whole match.

Now, the Champions League it's going to start. We are in Group A with Olympique Marseille, Bayer 04 Leverkusen and FC Kobenhavn. Probably it's going to be between French, Germans and us, but this is all theory...We'll see, it's very very important to star winning, against Bayer Leverkusen.

Need help, I want to rebuild a team with youth scouts, I want a team with a very solid transfer budget for their league (i'm thinking about Sounders FC) and/or IS NOT in shape for a cup finish(Houston Dynamo or FC Dallas, I live in texas). I like to play in MLS but I feel like there is so much more in other countries. I did a CM with AC Milan and had fun for a little but its not really challenging, any help? But since I live in the U.S., I prefer to play in the MLS.

So my final question for CM freaks like me, is there a MLS team that meets my requirements, if not, can you list other clubs that do meet requirements of mine?

Also, I play professional-6 minutes and it seems fine to play with for me on Xbox 360.

I will continue to update the forum once i've selected a team with some help from my fellow CM-ers!

ok so first off in the BPL there is Aston Villa who are pretty terrible but have 17 million pounds and they have a couple good players if u want to sell them or also there is Swansea I think and Cardiff city who have 17 million pounds if u want. MLS there is Toronto as you can sell defoe and gilberto

First off, I want to congratulate you for making them put a CM at keeper.. LOL. Next I want to say I'm really looking forward to this, being an Arsenal fan. I'm a little disappointed you got rid of Giroud because I think he has potential, but I understand it in a FIFA point of view, especially when you bring in Balotelli.

I wish i took a photo of Delph in goal but maybe he is a reserve or new keeper

Brisbane -- With the restrictions A-League put on team building, manager Willoughby knew that success would be difficult without having a strong pipeline of homegrown talent. It was with that in mind that one of his first moves after being appointed manager was to hire New Zealand scout Noah Tyler to set up a network in Australia. After a month and a half of searching, Willoughby saw something he liked, as Roar FC have signed three to youth contracts.

Chris Hamill, 16, was born in Ipswich, Queensland. He plays in the midfield. At just 170cm and 68kg, he is a bit undersized to be played in Brisbane's defensive midfielder role, which is currently manned by Luke Brattan. It is likely he'll spend some time in Brisbane's youth academy and if promoted, will be playing a more attacking role in Liam Miller's RCM spot.

Dylan Djité, 15, was born in Tweed Heads, New South Wales to Togoan immigrant parents. He has played both right midfielder and right winger. He has good size at 178cm and 71kg, as well as a fair amount of pace. He is ineligible for promotion to the squad until his 16th birthday, so he will spend at least a year in the youth academy.

Jason Watson, 15, was born in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. At 183cm, he has ideal height for any position along the back line, and possesses enough athleticism that he could see time at CDM for Brisbane Roar in future, after spending some time in the youth academy.

So real quick [Or not so quick] I want to cover my thoughts on the online career mode.

This is something I have been thinking about for a long time. Not to mention there really is no reason they don't have it. I think they have enough space on the disc for sure to have it on every other EA game. But anyways, here's how I think it'll work. You can have up to, say 20 people in the league [That doesn't have to be the restriction, but there has to be an option to set one] and as the commissioner of the league, you can be able to set a certain league [or leagues] that players can join. Once the league is set, you can either choose to start the league as it is, or you can do a fantasy draft. Now with the fantasy draft, you can choose a pool of players for that league to draft out of. So say your in the BPL and you choose, say, the Bundesliga pool to pick from. So in the BPL draft, they would be picking from all of the Bundesliga players. Now as the commissioner you can choose as many pools for leagues as you want, but you cannot duplicate pools. If you, as the commissioner, have picked as many pools for leagues as you want, you can let the computer go ahead and randomize remaining pools to the remaining leagues. From there you can go ahead and start your online journey. Just imagine how great that would be. All of us get into a league, and then we come on here and write about our teams, and how its going for us etc. It would be so intense and just amazing EA needs to put it into the game. Not to mention their sale rates would go up because everybody would tell their friends to get the game so they could do a career with them. It just makes all the sense in the world to have it in the game and makes no sense in the world to not have it in the game.
That was actually a shorter post than I thought it would be.

Looks like you've been thinking about this for quite a while. You should probably email this to EA lol if they don't respond then submit an application and make it happen! Lol

Forgot to mention, I played my first game with Morecambe last night, and MY GOD they are aweful. There is definitely going to be an adjustment period needed to transition from my 4.5 star Deportivo to this 1 star mess haha. Everyone feels like they have cement blocks on their feet, and the passing is so much sloppier. But this is exactly the challenge I wanted!

I actually really enjoyed that part of League 2. You have to use more short passes and strength to get the ball forward. Really enjoying your Morecambe CM!

Hated that so much. Still happens actually. Impossible to play fast at throw ins I have to wait for everybody to just stand still lol

I haven't checked them out myself but from what I've heard any free agents above a specific overall get automatically placed in a random team. It's EA's way of making sure you don't get these awesome players for free. Don't wanna make it to easy.

Closest win: 2-2 (3-2 PK) v Wimbledon [Cup game] This was an amazing game. It was 0-0 going into ET. I then scored in the 93rd, they scored in the 99th and the 107th, and then Clint Dempsey put an amazing shot in at the 120 mark to send it to penalties. I missed my first PK, and missed a potential clincher, but then we made a big save to advance.

2 games left in the month before my first update including match results for Morecambe. Unfortunately that won't be out until Sunday, possibly Monday since I will be going to Denver tomorrow for to see Man. United vs AS Roma and I won't be coming back until late Sunday night. I'll be reading and hopefully commenting on all the other updates you guys post though.
