Guys that is going to be my intro to this career mode, however I will be doing all my updates from my phone using tapatalk. Does anyone know how I can make things bold and add pictures etc from my device?

Anyways I hope to bring a longer style update tomorrow which involves games, transfers and interviews as well as the squad report before the first game of the season. Looking forward to this series.

A lot of draws in November, but you were unbeaten on the month so there's not too much wrong with that. If just a few of those had gone your way you would really be challenging for the 2nd spot. Plymouth looks to be running way with the title though.

HSV - Good ole Roy Keane going to Germany. I imagine lots of yelling and screaming I like that you went for youth with your signings.
Yep, just gotta get a bit tighter at the back making sure we defend our leads when we get them. As long as we get promoted though. I don't mind whether or not it's through the playoffs or automatic promotion.

                          Bundesliga: Match 1

                          KOE 0-1 HSV
                          Jiracek 65'

Man of the match: Rene Adler (7.7)

In Keane's competitive debut match his team was lucky to have come away with the 3 points. Petr Jiracek headed in a Valon Behrami corner on 65 minutes to beat the Köln goalkeeper, Timo Horn. René Adler was the real star of the show however, totting up a total of 8 saves on his way to being named man-of-the-match and keeping a clean sheet. That was ultimately the difference here on opening day where Keane tried both a 4-3-2-1 and a 4-3-3 Holding. During the early parts of the game Rafael van der Vaart sprained his ankle ruling him out for the remainder of the month.

Rafael van der Vaart is expected to miss 4 weeks of action while recovering from a sprained ankle.

                          Bundesliga: Match 2

                          H96 0-3 HSV
                          Rabiot 5'
                          Jansen 30'
                          Gülüm 58' OG

Man of the match: Marcell Jansen (9.8)

Two outstanding efforts from Rabiot and Jansen gave us a 2 goal advantage going into halftime. Jansen set up the young Frenchman for a first time shot that took a little deflection on its way past Zieler. The consistent left back then got one himself netting a powerful half volley. A corner broke out to him and he controlled the ball, hitting it just as it bounced, like a bullet through the crowd of players into the corner. This gave the team some breathing space and the ball was retained and passed around to the delight of Keane. With 58 minutes gone, Gülüm managed to lob his own goalkeeper in a bizarre own goal. Keane was pleased by the performance which ended with 14 shots and 10 on target while Camara made his debut in the midfield engine room. Adrien Rabiot was the tactician behind the win, playing like a man possessed in the #10 role.

                          Aug 30, Imtech Arena
                          Bundesliga: Match 3

                          HSV 3-1 SCP
                          Skjelbred 33'
                          Kutschke 13'
                          Lassoga 38' (Pen)
                          Stieber 85'

Man of the match: Pierre-Michel Lassoga (8.2)

Some of the squad was rotated due to fatigue and also for game time. It looked to have backfired on Keane when Kutschke dribbled straight through to open the scoring and also conceding our first goal. Skjelbred worked magic in a 10 minute spell, equalizing after some wonderful skill to beat his man and then winning the penalty that Lassoga converted to take the lead. The German striker has now registered his first goal with Hamburg. Late on substitute Stieber added a third with some good feet and a tidy finish.

                          Player of the Month

                          René Adler

The German shot stopper is by far our best player and he showed it by keeping 2 clean sheets and making 8 saves in both of those games. He only conceded 1 goal this month which gives confidence to the rest of the team.

                          Conclusion

It has been a really good start to life in the Bundesliga! Three wins from three and with only one goal conceded is more than we could have hoped for. We have had six different goalscorers too with the seventh goal being an own goal. It's good that we aren't relying solely on our strikers but at the same time they are paid to put the ball into the net so I'll be looking for a more considerable contribution. Especially from Lassoga who, for £11 million, needs to be hitting the back of the net consistently. I'm expecting at least 20 goals from him and 10-15 from Rudnevs, our backup striker. Bahebeck should be getting around 10 in his limited role. At the other end of the pitch I think 15 clean sheets is a good target for Adler to aim for. Assists wise, van der Vaart will be the main player I'll look to for creativeness. 10 assists is his target. Rabiot and Skjelbred will be aiming for between 5-10 when they get the chance to play. Our wingers will need to aim for both goals and assists. 7 goals and 5 assists is the target for all of them.

Next month we have three games and we will be looking for 6 points against M'gladbach and Frankfurt while a point is what is probably all we can hope for against Bayern.

2 youth scouts have been hired, a 3*/4* sent to Germany looking for wingers and a 2*/2* sent to France looking for attackers. Both are out for 9 months.

                          Thanks for Reading!

Just played a quick game against a friend here in Southampton and I got beat 7-3, with my keeper failing to make a save. I was on manual save assistance instead of semi. Does anyone have some tips for making saves with the GK on manual save assistance? To be honest I'm not really sure what buttons I'm supposed to press or move. Most of my saves have been dumb luck.

                              Valencia CF

                              Transfers Out

                              Vinicius Araujo
, season loan to Real Sociedad
Geoffrey Kondogbia, season loan to Granada CF
Ruben Vezo, season loan to PSV Eindhoven
Rodrigo De Paul, season loan to Rayo Vallecano
Andre Gomes, season loan to RSC Anderlecht
                              Andres Guardado, €11,000,000 to Juventus
Antonio Barragan, €12,000,000 to Everton FC

                              Transfers In

                              Oliver Torres

78 Ovr, Central Midfielder, 20 Years Old, Spain

                              €4,800,000

This transfer can be considered a real bargain for Valencia. They signed one of the biggest Spanish midfielder talents for just under five million euros (his transfer value ingame was 6,2M). It's unclear what was going through Atletico's board's mind but the Valencia fans are happy about the low fee for the talented Spaniard. The Atletico Madrid youth academy graduate is a talented dribbler and playmaker and he'll probably be a rotational player for the Bats.

                              Juan Bernat

79 Ovr, Left Back, 22 Years Old, Spain

                              €5,500,000 + Lucas Orban

According to many reports Valencia's manager Simone Mendieta wasn't too happy with his left backs, especially with Lucas Orban. Because of this reason he decided to sign a top class left back and bench Jose Gaya. The signing was Juan Bernat which surprised many football fans because Bernat had left Valencia just a season ago to join Bayern. It's unclear why he decided to rejoin his old club but many supporters are happy about the decision. The young and pacy Spaniard, who is often called the new Jordi Alba, can also be used on the wings.

                              Thiago Alcantara

81 Ovr, Central Midfielder, 24 Years Old, Spain

                              €13,000,000

Another player who Valencia signed from Bayern München was the central midfielder Thiago Alcantara, or just Thiago, who arrived to replace Andres Guardado. Valencia had to pay only thirteen million for him which is twelve million less than what Bayern payed for the Spaniard. The young man spent two injury-filled seasons with Bayern before moving back to Spain. Now the talented passer of the ball will continue his career a few hundred kilometres south of his old home, Barcelona.

                              Asier Illarramendi

81 Ovr, Central Midfielder, 25 Years Old, Spain

                              €20,000,000

The most expensive signing of Valencia's summer was the Basque midfielder Asier Illarramendi who joined for twenty million from Real Madrid. The last two seasons have been painful for the young man who spent them almost entirely on the bench. Now he will continue his career at Valencia CF who have been after him since January.

                              January 2015

                              1st Leg
Valencia CF 3 -3 Real Madrid
                              Feghouli 62', Bacca 69', 86'
                              Kroos 15', Ronaldo 50', Benzema 55'

What a game this was! The first leg of the Supercopa España can be split into two parts: the first 55 minutes and the remaining part of the game. We were terrible in the first 55 minutes and we had already conceded three goals. The game looked like it was over but that was not the case this time. Right after Karim Benzema's goal something changed in our players and only seven minutes later Sofiane Feghouli was able to cut in from the right wing to shoot the ball past Casillas in goal. It then took only seven minutes for our second goal which came when Carlos Bacca dribbled inside the box and curled the ball into the bottom right corner. Real then parked the bus, because that's what one of the world's best teams does twenty minutes before the end of the game in a two-leg tie, but it wasn't enough to keep us from equalising as in the 86th minute Carlos Bacca got a brace to finish a long and patient passing move! We had completed the comeback! What a game!

                              2nd Leg
                              Real Madrid (3) 0 - 1 (4) Valencia CF
                              Piatti 22'

We won the Spanish supercup! Real Madrid had an advantage because of their away goals and we pushed hard to get a goal early on. Pablo Piatti was the man who put is into the lead in the 22nd minute with a near post shot. Neither team managed to create anything special after the goal and we were able to hung on to the lead. The Supercopa España is ours!

                              Real Madrid 1 - 0 Valencia CF
                              Benzema 53'

The fixture maker was drunk while he made these fixtures. First we faced Real Madrid twice in the supercup and now we faced them for a third time in two weeks in the league. Unlike the supercup games this match finished in our defeat. Karim Benzema's half-volley in the 53rd minute was enough to secure the three points for the Whites at the Bernabeu. Especially when after that they did the one thing every top team always does for half an hour: park the bus.

Valencia CF 2 -1 Getafe CF
                              Parejo 41', Bacca 89'
                              Lafita 45'

Getafe gave us a real challenge in this game where they parked the bus from the 70th minute onwards. We took the lead with Dani Parejo's shot into the bottom left corner but a few minutes Getafe equalised with Lafita's header. We finally managed to get past their ten-man wall in the 89th minute when Carlos Bacca put a rebound into the net for the three points.

                              Real Betis 0 - 1 Valencia CF
                              Piatti 90'

Our bad league form continued in this game against the newly promoted side. We had twelve shots on target in the game but nothing seemed to get past Antonio Adan in goal. Just like every other team Betis also parked the bus late on to the game and it looked like we were going to drop two points until Pablo Piatti scored the winner with the last kick of the game.

                              My Thoughts

I'll start with the transfers, or with the sells to be more accurate. A lot of players were loaned out because I won't use them this season and it's better for them to get some playing time and improve instead of wasting their career in our reserves. Guardado was sold because I didn't plan to use him in the future and Barragan was sold because Everton made an offer of almost twice his value. That's very good for a 28-year-old.

Then to the arrivals. Torres came for squad depth, Bernat arrived to replace Orban and to take Gaya's place (because he wasn't growing), Thiago arrived to replace Guardado on the bench and Illarra was meant to be Iborra's replacement. How have they done? Bernat and Thiago arrived on deadline day and I haven't used them yet. Torres hasn't played that much yet but he has already grown by an overall. And finally we have Illarra. I'm regretting signing him already, he's just terrible. I seriously feel like terminating his contract.

Our games didn't go well at all this month. We did a good job in the supercup to come back from 3-0 down but in the league we were poor. A defeat to Real isn't that bad but we should've done better against Getafe and Betis. We need to improve as fast as possible because our first game of September is against Barca. Also, our objectives are to win the league, reach the cup quarter finals and progress from our Champions League group.

I think I am done with career mode. My origin account synced its cloud again and everything is gone, yet again.
