Well, ****. If it was due to a Stoke style tackle, I'm going to kill someone.

I broke down at work and decided to follow the live updates instead of watching tonight. However, after seeing Squillaci scored in the 8th minute, I decided I have to watch that. So, now I'll just watch tonight.

Hopefully it's not serious and he can play in the Cup Final and more importantly be ready for Barcelona.

Now Walcott goes off with an injury. I'm gamecasting it, anyone know what's going on with the injuries?

Watched the game on foxsoccertv free trail at work. Fabregas was a precaution and Their got tackled hard and it looked like a ankle and could be out awhile, but I am a few credits shy of my medical license. Wilshere was fantastic Szczesny was great in net.

It was hard to tell with Theo's injury exactly what happened but I do think it was nothing major. May miss out on a week or 2, 3 at the absolute most unless I really missed something during the replays.

I hope Wenger shows them video of stoppage time from when Wilshere won the corner to the end of the game. Our best form of defense late it games should be by attacking and possessing like we do for the other 80 minutes, not relying on sitting back and defending to not concede. We killed almost 3 whole minutes in their half by possessing, hopefully they realize this going into the future.

I gave in and looked at the score. Hooray for three points and keeping the pressure on United! Two injuries...damnit. Hopefully Fabregas was just a precaution and if he must, I say leave him out of the side Sunday. Or, at least bring him on as a sub. I'd hate to see him not be on the field when the whistle goes and we win a trophy.

Wenger just stated Walcott out Sunday with a sprained ankle and that Cesc is doubtful with a hamstring

Could be worse. I think we can beat Birmingham with Arshavin on the left/right, Nasri in Cesc's role and Bendtner in the front three.

I wish Ramsey was back and fully fit because I would say keep Nasri on the left and put Ramsey in Cesc's role.

Gahhhhh!!!! I hate injuries to our key players. The only good thing is that barring any new updates, the injuries aren't season ending.

Ramsey is coming back after this weekend, but it's too bad he couldn't be available this weekend as he would be a huge help

Sucks, but injuries are a major part of the game. We have been fairly lucky with injuries this year compared to our usual number.

Arsenal faced an injury crisis before Sunday's Carling Cup final after Theo Walcott was ruled out with a sprained ankle and Cesc Fábregas emerged as a major doubt

Walcott out Sunday and Fabregas a major doubt. At this point, I say leave Cesc on the bench and bring him on if absolutely needed. Otherwise, we should be able to get it done against Birmingham.

As for today, here's an incredible stat. Jack Wilshere finished with 104 attempted passes and a 91% completion rate. Damn.

I saw that stat, I'm almost tempted to say keep Nasri as one of the wings, Wishere in Cesc's role and bring Denilson in the center with Song. I can see Denilson blowing the game with an awful tackle in the box though, which I why I'm almost tempted to ask for that line-up, hopefully Denilson doesn't start.

Yeah, I don't want Denilson starting. I say move Nasri into Cesc's role with Bendtner and Arshavin on the wings. Hopefully Arshavin's improved confidence/performance will continue.

Squillaci may have played his best game in a Gunner uniform, and not because he scored (large credit for that goes to Bendtner's phenomenal flick) but because he didn't let anyone by him defensively, didn't make any stupid back passes, and made some great passes to start counter attacks. I didn't think I'd be saying this, but well done Squillaci.

Ten minutes, boys! We can do this. Birmingham have scored the fewest amount of goals in the league this season. They're not at St. Andrews and they won't be able to stop RVP up front. Prediction...
