That will help. Not to mention your boys taking care of United so far.

I still believe we have a MUCH better chance at winning the league, so to me, it's more of a priority than Tuesday.

You're welcome. Now quit dropping points at home against the likes of Sunderland and you might have a chance. Get United out of there.

Yeah - I'm even more mad about yesterday because had we been better finishers, we'd be a point back instead of 3! Such as life. I'd like a trophy this year in any event, but the league is going to be the one I want most too

That point is still huge, though. If we win our game in hand, we're level on points so it could come down to our match against United. Three points would've been massive yesterday, but the point was still much bigger than none given the circumstances.

Mascherano thinks we'll play a little more defensively.

Javier Mascherano said Barcelona would be making a mistake if they believed Arsenal can play only attacking football

I think if anything, we may try and hit them on the counter, but we're certainly not going to come out and say, let's just protect our one goal lead. Wenger has always rightly stated that a one goal lead is never enough (we know a four goal lead isn't enough) and I think we'll attempt to play our style no matter what. If that means setting up for more counters, okay, but we will not sit back and let Barca attack us.

Yeah, but we can't be dropping points game after game. Eventually United are going to stop dropping points. They don't drop 6 straight very often, we have to start taking advantage of situations like that.

You know United would've if the shoe was on the other foot.

My point exactly - we have to start taking advantage of dropped points more. When United lost to Wolves, we blew the 4-goal lead at Newcastle. When United lost this weekend, we again drew with a team we should beat. Imagine if we had beaten Newcastle, we'd be tied with United.

Tuesday is going to be a tough tough game. Keeping my fingers crossed

Sky is reporting that Alex Song will miss tomorrow's CL match with a knee problem but Fabregas is likely to travel and be fit.

Great news. RVP is traveling with the team.

Robin van Persie will travel with Arsenal to Barcelona for their Champions League tie, while Cesc Fábregas is 90% certain of being fit

I'm certain he'll be on the bench and only used in emergencies, but at least he should be available if we absolutely need a late goal.

So who does everyone think should replace Song in starting 11? I think that's a choice that might make or break the game.

That's a pleasant surprise - I wonder if Wenger's gambling on his fitness. I certainly hope he's fully fit or close to it because I'd rather save him for the Premier League matches we have coming up. Wenger said it himself that the league is his priority. I would assume he'd only use RVP if he was truly fit or is this a Wenger mind trick?

I reckon if Fabregas makes it this could be the lineup. What do you guys think?

Szczesny ,Sagna, Djourou, Koscielny, Clichy, Diaby, Wilshere, Fabregas, Nasri, Arshavin, Bendtner.

I have a feeling it'll be just that, except Denilson in place of Diaby.
