The Telegraph is reporting that Henri Lansbury is off to Notts Forest for £1m. He just couldn't quite make it could he? Championship level football is where he's ability is at. He played well in the lower league the last few years at West Ham, Norwich and Watford. I'm sure he won't be the last departure this week.

Midfield at Arsenal is a tough place to break into if you're young. We're so damn crowded there.

I always liked from what I saw out of him, but he's not at the level of someone like Ramsey or Coquelin.

That most likely happened weeks ago. Nothing we haven't experienced before.

Player who has a history of being on and off wants to leave for more money which we'll never be able to afford, and the chance to win silverware.

I hope he goes to Liverpool, so it's blatantly obvious the silverware part is a load of ****.

When he goes, not if, I bet we'll sign a winger. It'll be Friday at the last minute, but we'll grab someone.

That is just crazy, he is currently Arsenal's longest serving player.

Only if you're as cynical as the rest of Arsenal supporters.

Apparently the offer Walcott turned down was £75,000/week. Also reported he's currently making £60,000/week.

Of course he wants to go somewhere else. I'm sure someone will throw quite a bit more at him.

It's reported we'd take about £11 million for him.

I don't want to see Theo go plus I feel it could mess up his career. I always felt Wenger uses Theo in the wrong position he doesn't have enough skill to be a winger so playing him up front you could really get the best out of him. I felt the same way with Arshavin, why play him on the wing when he is much better as an attacking midfielder. I guess we will wait and see how this pans out but my eyebrows are raised at Wenger. What is his plans for this team?

Finish 4th. Hasn't he made that pretty clear over the past few years? He even says it for cripes sake.

I am trying to be optimistic.

Unlike RVP, Cesc, and even Song. I won't blink an eye at him leaving. He just isn't any good and I believe your seeing the finished product.
