The best thing about this draw is that it led to this wonderful video of Wenger on the bench at Monaco making the rounds.

Makes me feel old seeing Henry has retired! Absolutely class player, probably the best I've watched personally.

He use to make scoring goals look so easy.

And it's great to know Henry has a future as a coach at Arsenal. The squad could always use a class player like Henry as a mentor. I also hope he'll be doing commentary on several Arsenal matches now that he works for Sky.

A couple of good articles which encapsulate a good chunk of the issues that Arsenal and Liverpool face. In a lot of ways, both sides are "country cousins" with very similar problems, yet for different reasons.

Liverpool spent a boatload of money and these guys haven't come together because Rodgers system requires great trust with his players in his methods and Rodgers is able to get his guys to play over their heads like at Swansea or last year. If not, you see the results now or like at Reading.

Our issues come down to not spending the damn money we should on the right players in the right position. If we miss on a main target, the board and Arsene gives up and says we tried and gives the "we need special quality speech". It always seems we are two or three players away from a special squad.

I'm pleased at the instant peg-back, but annoyed we conceded that first goal. Just a sloppy giveaway by Giroud. Can't be that sloppy again in the 2nd half.

And Giroud redeems himself with that nice assist. 2-1 to the Arsenal!

Defending set pieces let the team down once again.

It's just unacceptable that this has been a problem for years. And Pool were at 9 men, so it's even more unacceptable that a player was unmarked.

Too bad our captain can't even help.

Not only was there this, but Ox also literally just watched Coutinho on the first goal as he stood directly behind him.

Not even sure if we deserved a point at all.

I'd miss him, but I won't. While I wish Arsene utilized him more often, when he would, there were times in which we were shown why Arsene was correct for not utilizing him more.

                                I just confused myself.

                                Just sign a CB, Arsene.
