Xhaka repeatedly plays himself out of the squad with the ridiculous errors he makes.

Yet here he is in the squad. But he works hard in training they say. But his passing quality is important they say. He collects fines from the players!

He needs to be replaced—a lack of options seems to be the real reason he plays. Put a kid in, at least their head will be in the right place.

Him and Torreira have been ****ing awful. The last pass from Xhaka though I think he thought that Sokratis, or for that matter, literally anybody would move towards the ball, and no one did.

It sucks that the narrative surrounding him will always come back to Zaha and his "Premier League readiness" I personally would have rather had Zaha, but have nothing against Pepe, but I think many people would make the argument that Zaha would not have taken long to bed in to Arsenal.

I always worry about how Zaha would fit in a big club now that's he a big fish in a little pond. Everything at Palace is funneled through him and to a lesser extent Townsend.

What I didn't know was how improved Zaha was defensively. 1.5 tackles per game & ~1 interception per match.

So Tierney is done until around March with a dislocated shoulder. Kolasinac is going to need some backup between then, so I see two options:

1. Promote Bola/Swanson

2. Loan deal
