Literally one minute after one of his signature dive and curl into a ball and act hurt routines, Ronaldo goes on that run for his second goal. Much rather have Ibra in the World Cup.

That's good for the US. And CR7 single handily getting Portugal into the WC. When I saw all the Portuguese players celebrating with the flag after the match I thought that they really should be waving a flag with Ronaldo's face on it. He got them an all expense paid for trip to Brazil. Probably don't even have to bring their own condomns.

It's amazing what CR did today and in this qualifiers in general. He's really elevated his level of performance for the national team, but they won't be able to do much as a one man team.


Personally, I see Germany, Spain, Italy, Colombia and Uruguay as the main favorites.
