It's important to blend youth with experience, the problem is we're not blending, we're taking all of those mid-20s players and starting them instead of acclimating new guys. Bringing Michael Bradley is fine, I'm sure Tyler Adams, Weston McKennie, etc would love to learn all that Bradley has to offer, but taking Bradley, Trapp, and Roldan is... ugh.

They don't have anything resembling helpful experience to draw on.

It would be different and I would definitely agree if we were talking about blooding in the U21 crew with Bradley/Jozy/Dempsey/Benny/Howard etc.

I can't imagine Jordan Morris is legitimately bringing anything to the table in that regard.

Jordan Morris has great movement, but many young players these days already have that. So he wouldn't really bring much in terms of that.

No secret that Canadian networks suck. There's a reason more and more people are getting rid of cable.

It costs more now to watch things since everything is divided up among several different services. People just gave up.

Way off topic here. But yeah no Premier League games on Canadian "free" tv year is brutal after like 20 plus years which helped to grow interest in the game here in Canada. But even the final of the Canadian Championship was on some website no one has ever heard of and now this.

            /end of rant

Sorry, everybody. Feel free to continue your US men's national team related rants. LOL

If it makes you feel any better, the entire US Open Cup, our oldest competition, is either streamed by the home club or is behind a paywall too.

So with Tab Ramos departing to Houston here's our MNT youth coaches
                U23: Kreis
                U20: vacant
                U19: vacant
                U18: vacant
                U17: Wicky
                U16: vacant
                U15: vacant

Kreis is in the running for the RSL job.

So what exactly is Earnie Stewart's job?

Maybe he actually works in the mail room and we've been trashing the wrong guy this whole time.

Maybe the real USSF leadership are the friends we make along the way.

The U17s got smoked 4-1 by Senegal in their opening match of the U17 World Cup. Scored early, gave up a goal at 45+3. Then imploded in the 2nd half. Got a guy sent off late too.

Other game in the group was Japan beating The Netherlands 3-0.

And the kiddos are out. Could have gone through with a win over Netherlands last night but lost 4-0. Finished bottom of the group with 1 point (drew Japan 0-0) and a -7 GD.

Oh man, I am in such a mood to dole out the bad news, Glorified Janitor Earnie Stewart has said that Berhalter's job is safe regardless of results against Canada and Cuba, Stewart added that he is looking towards the future, and so far is pleased with Berhalter and co's work.
