Rested, he's played a lot of footy lately. I was cool with a point. We were the better side but considering all the drama surrounding it I was Ok with the draw. Juve scares me with their diverse midfield and rigid defense.

I'm looking forward to it as this will be the best team we've played so far.

I think we're in tough tomorrow. Juve have a solid solid team and a world class keeper in Buffon. I know the Serie A is not what it once was, but going undefeated is still a feat. It should be a great game with talents all across both teams

Serie A isn't want it used to be like you said but Juve is deep and talented. I'd lie if I said tomorrow's game doesn't make me nervous. Mentality has to be strong tomorrow.

I heralded the signing of Oscar and Hazard as "game changing" for the Chelsea in the off-season - both are living up to the billing in 2012. Hazard has started the year brilliantly, Oscar's two goals in the Champions League game vs Juventus is his ARRIVAL.

That second goal was all class. No keeper stops that ball.

Disappointing result. Leading 2-0 and we draw 2-2. Really disappointing. Gutted.

                  Agreed.

Quagliarella put more work in his short time then Torres did all game long. I think the decision to sell Meireles and loan Essien really showed this game. Up 2-1 is where I thought you would want to solidify the midfield and we really have no one there. Mikel seems to have these lapses every now and then where you're just like really... then he doesn't close down on the ball like the score is 5-1 and they're playing a friendly against some team from Qatar. Disappointing...

Also think Cahill should have been in this game over Luiz... or at least subbed in late.

The good though has to be Oscar. What a turn and kick. Wow!

On a side note, thanks Fox for ruining the first 3 goals of the game pretty much with the out of sync audio and video. All three goals were announced a second or two before they hit the net. Fortunately they tuned it in the 2nd half but every year we have these issues. Ridiculous.

Yeah you guys should have never let that slip.

Oscar's second goal was out of this world!

That made me so mad. It's been like 3 years straight with these audio problems.

As for the game, I can't blame Torres too much. It's seems like we're still hoofing it upfield at times and that's not his game. He tends to drfit wide which is why I thought he'd start Mata because Mata & Eden are great together when they're in the middle together. They hooked up several times in Mata's brief stint.

100% agree about the midfield. Miereles would have come in and locked down the midfield. We really only have one defensive minded MF, well maybe 2 with Romeu but he never plays anymore. Lampard is still adjusting and Ramires isn't disciplined enough.

Overall I'm not too upset. I knew we'd concede and it sucks blowing a 2-0 lead but we had several chances against a club that hasn't lost in it's league in forever.

Tough grinding win but a good win against Stoke. Great setup play but odd how the man to finish is not our CF but a defender. Where you at Fernando?

                        And Oscar...

Happy to "escape" with the win. A frustrating performance to watch given the amount of possession we had. It took until the second half to start testing the keeper. I liked the look of Oscar, Hazard and Mata together though with that said, Moses (as I thought he would), looked sharp when coming on with 30 minutes to play. Given Torres is playing with no confidence (again), I wouldn't be surprised if RDM looks at some surprises up front.

Stoke were unlucky to lose here and deserved a point.

It's going to be hard to keep Moses off the pitch after performances like that. He looked decisive (when to take on defenders), strong in possession, and a real menace. Having him & Marin (when he gets healthy) as super subs is going to be great for us. When those defenses tire from Oscar, Mata & Hazard they are going to wreak havoc.

Oh Fernando. So many times you expect him to be in the box connecting on the end of a pass and he's just standing there. It's like he has no understanding of where to be. He doesn't even get shots off and when he does like the beautiful chipped pass from Mata he gaffs it. I'm ready to give Sturridge the run at CF.

One thing I really didn't like was that we were trying to go through the teeth of that Stoke D for so long until Moses came on. Our advantage is going to be on the counter and out in space with 1-v-1's. We don't have Drogs to bully people in the center.

As crazy as it sounds, a player like Anelka would help our team.

I think any CF not named Torres would help... he seems to be always out of position and not moving toward the ball. Stoke put little effort into marking him for a reason and that is not good when you have skilled players like Moses, Mata, Oscar, Ramirez, Lampard and Hazard around you. Love for us to make a run at Lewandowski.

Is there a clause in Lukaku's loan agreement that he can be recalled in January or does he have to stay at WBA for the season? He has looked pretty sharp in the games I've seen him.
