Oh, and those are just convenient excuses. I like watching sports on TV better than live anyway. My own couch, own food, own DVR, on my own time, celebrating only with my kids.

But I went off-topic. Yeah, they've done well when I've attended Now they need to decide to win on their own.

So TFC's last two losses are against 10-man Montreal and 9-man San Jose.

Can we start declining other team's red cards?

Interested to see how much ability he has lost (if any?)? I still think he should help out. We need him. The team is gutted right now.

Went to the Colorado-San Jose match on Saturday, and it was about the most boring thing I've ever witnessed live - a dire 0-0 final. Could not have been a worse game, but at least I got to sit right behind Tim Howard for the first half. He made a nice save on one of the 2-3 actual scoring chances these two teams managed to put together.

Other than that the game was completely trash, lol. Luckily we got tickets for $10 from someone outside right before kickoff.

Crowd was actually quite large. The place was probably 90% full.

Didn't take him too long to contribute this weekend.

I bought my son FC Dallas/Seattle Sounders tickets for his birthday. The game is October 16th and is FC Dallas' last home game of the season and will surely have Shield implications! I'm pretty excited, although it's always a worry on how many fans will show up. The Sounders is usually a pretty good sale, so hopefully the crowd will be fairly strong.

It'll be my son's first MLS game, and while he doesn't know yet, he's going to be pretty excited!

Some things were just determined for the entry of Minnesota and Atlanta into the league. The coin flip was won by Atlanta, then the two teams alternated picking first priority for a number of things.

Atlanta - First pick in the Expansion Draft
Minnesota - First pick in the SuperDraft
                  Atlanta - Allocation Order (1)
                  Minnesota - NASL/USL claims
                  Atlanta - Waiver/Re-entry draft position (21)
                  Minnesota - Discovery Ranking (21)

Final day of regular season today.

Western conference wise, outside of LA at 3, no other spot is secured.
Eastern conference, nothing really decided either. Philly I don't think clinched yet, but unless they lose by a lot and NE wins by alot(alot meaning 6), then Philly would win tiebreaker if tied with NE.

Hoping TFC wins today. A win and nycfc tie or loss and tfc gets 2 seed bye. A tie or loss by tfc, or nycfc win, and they're 3 seed facing Philly or Montreal

Good win by our boys day and I wasn't expecting Columbus to help us out.

We got to beat Philadelphia on Wednesday or this season has been a failure as far as I'm concerned.

They still got more playoff series wins than the Leafs in that span lol.

Cleveland's no longer the #1 joke city in sports, we gotta win something soon!

So, eastern conference semi-finals, it's New York vs Canada.

                                Red Bulls vs Impact
                                NYC FC vs TFC

No doubt MLS wants a NY-NY matchup in the ECF, but I'm hoping for a TFC-Montreal ECF.
