Congrats to Seattle and their fans. Must have rocked to be a Sounders fan and been in that stadium today. First time, Seattle has ever won a major title at home.

Unlike 2016, I'm not that disappointed. We were fairly lucky to make the final and I thought Seattle was the better team. We played great in the first half but Seattle capitalized on their chances.

Besides people couldn't handle it if Toronto won two titles in the same year. LOL.

TFC winning would've topped off the best/craziest year in Canadian sports history.

I guess if we see Seattle vs TFC 4, TFC will win?

The first 20 mins was excruciating listening to Twellman moan about Seattle playing a line despite Jozy being on the bench. Jozy has had pace for a good 10 years. He ain’t getting behind anyone

Zlatan is officially gone, rumor has it Galaxy are looking to Edinson Cavani as his replacement. I know I ranted about their "Eurostar" approach awhile back, but I'll take it.

I hope for Thierry Henry's sake Montreal is going to spend some money on some DPs. They were awful the second half of last season. I'm not sure this is going to end well for him.

Last year was rough for Montreal also because their best player, Ignacio Piatti, only played in 11 games. I think that limited the effectiveness of much of their team as it was built around him being the engine for the offense. I assume Henry will get a decent budget, but I think his pass/fail metric is inside the locker room as that's where it seemingly went wrong with Monaco. If he loses another dressing room, it's hard to see him escaping that label.

I thought Minnesota's first couple of years in MLS were pretty incompetent, but FC Cincinnati is really showing me that it could've been much worse.

I enjoy that the coach is saying he did nothing wrong, and the club and the PA seem to disagree. The Dutch article where he talked about comparing Rashawn Dally to Kawhi Leonard made it seem like he was just completely inept at communicating with anyone.
