Klopp probably doesn't want him injured. January 1st is approaching so we can finally flog him.

That felt like Liverpool had 95% possession.

Jon Champion just mentioned that Jordan henderson has made 60 passes to Everton's 54.

That is a hilariously bad penalty call.

Not a set piece, but the usage of the word steal might end up being perfect.

That Mane miss (with three open teammates) was really bad. Oh well, Liverpool still dropped 2 points.

Gotta love the ref show ruining a derby though.

Ehhh, it's 2017, shouldn't defenders know that in that position putting your body onto the other player's body is asking for them to go down as you initiated possibly unnecessary contact? Not saying it was the correct call, but Lovren put the referee in the position to make that call.

Liverpool had 23 shots, 3 on target. I'm going to go ahead and be that annoying guy—"if Arsenal had the same result, with those statistics, the focus would be on how we're not clinical enough, didn't put away our chances, etc. Doesn't matter that the referee gifted a goal, they should've scored six!" Or something like that. That's what the punditry would be blabbing on about.

Also, regardless of how awful Everton have played and how they haven't won at Anfield since 1782—the team selection didn't seem to work. There are plenty of places to look other than one poor call by the referee, even though it was a poor call.

Really, I just enjoyed duplicating your earlier post in the name of good, clean fun.

I don't care about your copy post - it was funny. But Lovren did absolutely nothing wrong there. Calvert-Lewin initiates the contact then flops. He should really be given retroactive punishment for that, but since Lovren places his hand on his back in a reflex because a guy bumped into his chest they probably won't. Mane is more to blame for the loss than the ref though because if he squares the ball it's a tap in for 2. I don't mind the team selection - we are in a stretch of playing every 3 days or so for over a month so guys can't play every game. That team still should have won that game.

Only West Brom have more draws than us. We p*ss so many points away it's ridiculous.

I think the title race is over. Only question for me is whether City goes undefeated. I think it's a real possibility now.

At some point they’ll lose to a team battling relegation.

Incredibly hard to do. I don't think it will ever happen again in the EPL.
