So the Veltman second yellow apparently was for dissent, not handball, which changes it entirely from "conspiracy against poor little Ajax" to "probably the right call".

Blind actually commits 2 fouls there, one of which was a yellow card challenge, and then Veltman gets sent off for arguing with the ref against a blatant and easy sending off of Blind.

Currently, no, however with their impending merger with Viacom, and CBS All Access, I believe they will be trying to get an ESPN+ like lineup to compliment it. OOT services are going to become all the rage in the next 3-4 years and these packages will probably bounce from one to the other fairly frequently.
