So, that same website has their own all-time table, but it's not this...even though I pulled this from their individual season tables. This is what their all-time table has:

    160: Liverpool
    153: Manchester United
    140: Chelsea
    130: Arsenal
    121: Manchester City

    So...yeah.

I've looked for it before and could never find it—it seems like a player stat that isn't readily available unless you have access to Opta, etc.

But for a web scrounger and spreadsheet fiddler like me, nope.

There are now and then stories about leaders, but never a full, complete list. In December it looks like Sterling was the first to ever win 20 overall, and Vardy was at 19 at that time. So I'd say right now Sterling has the most and Vardy behind, and then it looks like Zaha.

The biggest thing is—it's insane how few penalties used to be given. Honestly, I wish we could go back to before the days of hearing "Well, was there contact?" on every broadcast.

Those numbers seem insanely low for all time. All time would be going back to 1888.

Should’ve been clear, all-time Premier League. Everyone know football wasn’t invented until 1992!

So 160 then seems about where everyone should actually be. That is 5.x a season. Which seems like a logical place for all teams to be. 5 on average over 38 games per season, over 28 seasons. Kind of shocking more teams don't have more honestly. But again, I forget what league/country I'm talking about.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. Then theres the strange 18/19 season where it looks like there are 9 or 10 teams with 1 or less penalties. Not sure why Arsenal is blank.

I have t seen an official list but Vardy in recent years has to be up there as their main striker. Since 15/16 when they won, Leicester has led in penalties given and are up for a third this year since they are leading again by a decent amount. Makes sense since he attacks the defense when he has the ball.

Was a little distracted because of, uh, current events, but even aside from Stones I’ve been so impressed by Cancelo’s progression...he’s been really good, especially going forward in a more central position that allows him to spray balls out wide or into the box to a forward.

Quick, someone tell him you're relegated if you don't make it to the fourth round.

Sam Allardyce was once the manager of England, you know.
