Amazing stat from the pregame coverage of Spurs-Leeds. Spurs haven’t had a shot on target for over 200 minutes. Yikes.

That will certainly change today up against Leeds, who don’t bother with trivial matters such as defensive shape.

Mind-numbing snoozefest of a half hour to start here, and Spurs still haven’t hit a shot on frame.

To their...credit(?) there are four teams who allow more shots per game than they do—one of them being Leicester City, and only five teams attempt more overall shots than they do.

Eight teams have also allowed more goals than Leeds—two of them being Manchester United and Leicester City.

As for last season, six teams allowed more goals...but only three allowed more shots.

              Okay, back to work.

A goal that both lifts my fantasy team and goes against Spurs makes everything taste better. Sunlight is brighter. Music sounds better.

Leeds signing Harrison permanently from Man City for £11m was a fantastic piece of business by them.

If VAR is going to take a look every time someone goes down in the box, they should also be giving out yellows when they see it’s a clear dive like with Son today.

And then Hojbjerg scores to balance your universe.

He ruined my lunch, and nearly cost me a win.

Things are going well. Jota on tap-in hat trick watch.

Southampton should have a goal. Alisson solid as ever.

Arsenal were literally the worst team in the big 5 in Europe after first 3.

Still a LONG way to go—but another 3 points today.

                            Also—that 2nd Villa goal [emoji91]

So, Newcastle are going to obliterate the Championship next season? Or will it take a year or two before the money sinks in?
