Up until the opening goal, Arsenal looked really good. Felt like Liverpool took control of the rest of the first half after that. Great save by Kelleher early on the free kick.

2nd half both teams should have done better on a couple chances, shooting the ball way over. Pretty even half. Jota's second was really close, but I do think the player across the pitch was keeping him onside.

Kaide Gordon was getting into good spots, but oof, that was some poor finishing.

Jota definitely man of the match. He had the ball on a string and was giving the defense fits all match.

How good is Curtis Jones btw? Hated by Liverpool’s “out of town” (although I am one obviously) fanbase yet loved in the city. I still don’t think I’ve seen him have a game yet where I’ve thought he needed to come off because he was playing badly. He plays like a guy in his mid 20s and that’s a huge compliment.

Hard not to be extremely excited about him. Once he learns how to move the ball on more quickly, look out. Very close to a complete player already.

They said 19 and then the 2nd half was delayed with a problem with the refs equipment.
