    Re: The Transfer Thread

As long as Arsenal get paid, I don't care if it's coming out of Xavi's pocket. This could've been done in June if they would've offered what he's worth.

The agent of Carlos Vela says he's on his way back to La Liga. I'm not sure if it's a loan or permanent deal though
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

        Hopefully its permanent.

Le Parisien says Samir Nasri to Man City 'is done', could go through today. France Football says 'it's a matter of hours'.

Arsenal in for Shakhtar Donetsk's Jadson for a fee between €8-€10m, say L'Equipe.

Good. The money is more valuable than his horrible attitude for another year.

Arsenal admit defeat in battle to keep Cesc Fábregas and Samir Nasri
              http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2...as-samir-nasri

It was inevitable and it seems we're going to immediately spend the money. I have no doubts we'll replace both players as to do otherwise would show Arsene is not fit to run the club. However, he is.

I'm excited for the new season. We're removing an incredible player and a good one, but we're also removing two giant ****ing distractions.

Arsenal agree deal to sign Joel Campbell

19 year old Costa Rican winger.

                  Another colt in the stable.

I do like, however, that we've added some real speed to the midfield/wings, so that it's not all on Walcott to inject pace into the play. On the other hand, did all our signings have to be so young?

some reports have it as a done deal. 2 yrs, 8-9million and on his way to LA now. Just a matter of getting a biter for Juan Pablo Angel.

If we play like we are against Newcastle now, the less games we play, the better.

                            Zero creativity out of midfield.

Well, I was talking about next year, but you are correct. This type of play and you aren't winning Tuesday either.

It's the same theme every year with Arsenal..waiting for the youth to develop...A guy gets experience and he's gone and the wait for his young fill-in to reach potential begins again.

Week 1 no Wilshere no Walcott...are they hurt? if not it speaks volumes.
